Features

  • For Mini Greenhouse: the package includes 2 sets of 6 inch duct fans and 4 duct clamps, perfect for regulating temperature and humidity in your mini greenhouse/grow tent; Measure 6 inches in diameter, small and portable for use
  • 460 CFM Airflow: with powerful fan motors, a high speed of 3000 RPM, wind pressure of 70pa, and airflow of 460 CFM, the ventilation fans can effectively enhance air circulation and help regulate the temperature and humidity in your grow tents
  • Low Noise Operation: adopts good noise reducing technology that ensures the fans run quietly, easy to neglect the noise; Ideal for use in spaces where noise is a concern, like bedrooms, bathrooms, and living rooms
  • Multiple Connection Ways: compared with a single duct fan, the parallel connection is for a quick change of air, air volume doubles while air pressure remains unchanged; While the series connection is for long ducting, and the effect is opposite
  • Wide Applications: made of quality metal and coated with corrosion proof material, the exhaust fans can be widely applied in bathrooms, kitchens, workshops, basements, garages, etc., boosting airflow in HVAC systems; Please keep the plugging area dry

  • Works great!
So quiet!

  • Direction of flow is opposite from ad.
Nice and quiet, decent airflow, but flows in opposite direction shown in the ad. Since I’m replacing a fan and not using the duct pipe, I can’t turn it around.

  • Good quality product and a great price
Works great to boost the cooling in my living room

  • Not as advertised
The cfm advertised is not what the product produces. If there is and type of blockage on the outlet side the airflow reverses and more air flows out the back than out the front. The listing also shows two different CFMs the lower CFM of 110 is more likely correct.

  • Decent basic duct fan if there's nothing restricting air flow on either end
I have 5 six inch inline duct fans of various makes for different purposes. They're usually divided between all metal basic fans like this set and the mostly plastic fans with plastic blades (typically with speed controls). The metal bladed ones actually push less air than the plastic prop ones in my experience but are somewhat more resilient to harsher environmental conditions like greenhouses and hot air ducts. The Dreyoo 6 inch fan is decently made for a metal fan, short and durable feeling for an easy in-line joining of existing ducts. It pushes a decent amount of air, but feels less than a 6" plastic duct fan that is also around 450 CFM. It definitely has less pressure as I can feel an obvious difference in push when I hold a piece of cardstock and move it closer until I block the outlet side. The plastic fan will continue to apply significant pressure even when the front is mostly blocked, but the metal Dreyoo fan will slow significantly and the motor noise pitch will drop. Basically, if you move within 2" of the outlet or inlet of the Dreyoo fan, the fan will slow down significantly even with the relatively large air gaps still present. This is just inherent with most metal duct fans as the props have less fins and pitch to push air. Air easily gets pushed backwards. This set of fan works great if you have no blockages on either end and just want to boost air flow for ventilation. It is not suitable if you have any sort of filter or constricted airflow on either end of the fan as that will reduce air flow drastically with little air pressure. ... show more

  • Claims a 460 CFM pull. I don't know how they came up with that.
I purchased these for extra suction on a smoke eater for a laser engraver. I have another style inline fan with a lower cfm that does a much better job than these. I'm a little disappointed, but still useful

  • powerful in-line duct fan
The media could not be loaded. I'm working towards an unusual project: building a duct to vent out fumes from 3D printing of ABS as well as (hopefully) a laser etcher/engraver. For that, I wanted to have a powerful fan or two to pull/push the air out and down the duct to the outdoors. I got this pair of 6-inch inline fans from Dreyoo. They came wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap. They're quite sturdy and have metal blades that I would not want to come near when they're turning. The power cord comes out through the body, though there's a little gap around the exit point. There's an in-line power switch in the line. I am going to want to put some caulk or sealant around there. Each is rated at 40 watts. The ends of each has a hose clamp around it to be able to connect to your 6-inch round duct. They have a bit of noise to them, but that's to be expected with as much air as they are moving. I'm happy with these and they should do exactly what I'm hoping for. ... show more
