They were a easy set up, Silent Oscillation, 10 speeds, they push a lot of air, mine are set at 4, Excellent so far! (I was going to buy the 9"inch, these are plenty big enough for a 3 x 5 Tent, they also plug to a wall outlet if you dont have the newer controller.)

I love everything about these fans! They are great as oscillating circulation fans for your grow tent and are very well made. However, you can also link them into an AC Infinity smart controller and take them to the next level. This will allow you to control them remotely, set the max and min speeds you want them to operate at, and you can also use the Dynamic Wind setting which is a variable speed setting designed to mimic natural wind. Now, in the grand scheme of things, does a fan at half the price blow and circulate air just as good? Probably. But I also found myself replacing those fans every two years or so. Given the feel of these, they will last far beyond that making them cheaper in the long run. If you're ready to make an investment into upgrading your tent, this is one that you won't regret. ... show more

Don’t cheap out if you want a good tan for your starters. The S6 is really well made and with the incremental settings (1-10) for oscillation and fan speed, you can disk this in for any setup. I was very pleasantly surprised how good these actually are. Of course, the cost reflects that, but the extra $ will pay for itself over time, I have no doubt these will last for years. I’m loving the dynamic wind setting and adjustable oscillating degrees. I wouldn’t mind a “dumb” version that has it built in so you don’t need to use up a controller uis port. I’m not sure most people change their circulating fans setting a lot.
