The media could not be loaded. Once I upgraded to the AC Infinity S44 light, I realized I needed more airflow. This fan is great. Comes packed well, is quick and easy to set up, and works like a champ. They include a clear instruction manual and a well-designed intro to growing guide. Whether you run it manually, with a basic timer, or with the AC Infinity controller, it has a nice feature set and is easy to use. It's super quiet, even on higher settings. There's also more than enough power to move a lot of air. I find somewhere in the middle of the speed range is pretty good most of the time for my 4x4, though I've set it up to ramp up if it gets too hot during the day, and to shut off for a while at night to maximize the lifespan of the fan. The amount of control you've got with the 69 Pro controller is pretty great. One limitation: I do wish that you could control the oscillation to on or off from the controller or app. That would help save a bit of energy & motor wear. But it's not a big deal, since I'm more likely to want the oscillation on. (and they have a non-oscillating version if you want to point it at a fixed spot). Definitely getting another one for future grows where I've got more than one plant in my tent & need more coverage. Highly recommended! ... show more

    • Quiet, great features that other fans lack!
First I'd like to say that this fan is good compared to others intended for this purpose; however, it's pricey and feels a little cheaply built for the price. Second, I truly appreciate the strong connection to the tent poles! The fan uses a very strong clip that is completely rubberized giving it a strong non-slip grip on the poles. I never have to re-adjust the fan on the pole which is amazing! Third, I appreciate being able control the speed from their App using scheduling, automatic by temperature or humidity or cycling, but unfortunately it doesn't allow you to configure the oscillation. Lastly, when you hold the fan it just doesn't feel as substantial as I expect especially for the price. I do love the oscillation but again it just doesn't feel as substantial as I'd expect. I realize this is very subjective but wanted to put it out there to help anyone considering the purchase. Although the "pro's" do outweigh the "con's" in my opinion, they could've easily justified the price point more closely by allowing App control of oscillation and having fan construction more substantial. This is why I took off two stars for value. Overall I bought this brand expecting more and I am somewhat disappointed; however, I would buy this fan again at a lower price point.     • Great Fan, Fantastic Customer Service
A previous review mentioned an issue with this fan and the Controller 67. So before purchasing the Cloudray S6 I emailed AC Infinity's customer service and asked if the fan was compatible with that specific controller. I was assured it would work, so I placed my order. When I got the fan, I connected it to my controller (67) and it worked, but my inline fan (Cloudline T4) stopped working. I disconnected the Cloudray but the inline fan still wasn't working. I ended up having to reboot the controller for the inline fan to start working again. From my testing only one of the fans would work at a time, not both. I emailed AC Infinity's support back and did some basic troubleshooting with them. They are very responsive to emails and it didn't take long at all before I got a reply. In the end, the person I was working with decided to send me a brand new Controller 69 for no charge. Once I received it, I was able to connect both the inline fan and Cloudray S6 without issue. They are both working great now. The fan itself is awesome. The clip works amazingly well, it does not slide down the pole in my tent at all. The oscillation is a key feature I was looking for and it works perfectly. There are 10 different speeds for the fan itself. When combining the oscillation, speed settings, and controller/phone app, you're able to really dial things in and customize the operation of the fan to suit your needs. While the fan is great, what really stood out to me the most was the customer service. I have a few AC Infinity products and have been impressed by the quality of all of them. However, customer service can really make or break a company and in this case AC Infinity gets it absolutely right. ... show more

So i bought this fan and in about a month are started to here clicking and in about a month and a half it just stopped oscillating. So a few weeks ago I googled ac infinity fan stop oscillating and found a discussion on Reddit about this problem and I read that if you bought a s6 fan and have problems with it you can go to their redeem website and they will give you a Free upgraded version. So I googled ac infinity redeem and found the website. Wrote what was wrong with my fan and gave them My email and Amazon order number and submitted it. They sent me a email saying they will review my submission. 30 minutes later they sent me another email saying that they are shipping me a upgraded version and I should have it in 3 to 5 business days. I was happy because a company honored their product and it was hassle free. A week later I Come home from work and see a big box at my door, thinking this is the fan I take it inside too open it up and too my surprise it wasn't just one fan they sent me two. Way to look out for your customer, and a loyal one at that. I have every ac infinity product from the grow tent to the humidifier 69 controllers self watering pots, basically everything that goes into the tent. I will continue to support and buy their products because I feel that if something truly ain't right they will fix it and that is how you support your customers and a lot of companies don't do that.
