I took a chance purchasing this bike, saw several venders selling the same bike with different brand names so was a little hesitant. This will be an initial review. The set up was easy, you just need to install the handle bars, front tire, front fender, seat and front rack if you choose to add it, I left it out for now. It comes with all the necessary tools. You also have to install front and rear reflectors, a bell and front headlight. I was initially going to purchase a $1,800 e-bike but there is not a huge difference in features and performance versus this one. The only thing I can think of is long term usage and how it holds up versus the more expensive bikes. The plus is most of the components can easily be replaced with parts you can find locally, tire size, seat, and you can probably get parts on ebay for less. Looks just like the pictures, everything that it shows comes with the bike. Took it for an initial 1 mile test drive, pedal assist works good, you have to set the pedal assist to use the throttle. Didn't measure speed but it's fast, at least the 20mph it states. I purchased it to have as a vehicle back up, I live 3 miles from work and everything else is within 5 miles. Gas and car shortages made me think about an alternative method of transportation, not much public transportation where I live. Will try to update on actual speed and range later. No regrets buying it, looks and feels like a solid bike. With care it should last a while. Just wish I knew where to get a spare battery. Thanks. 7/10/21 quick update, rode it today for 12.7 miles, top speed with throttle 20.25 mph. I used it on pedal assist 2 all the way, used it to get me going then used throttle most of the way. At the end of my run I was showing 3 bars, but when I used full throttle at the end it dropped to 2 bars then back up to 3 after slowing down. I feel confident it will get me 20 mile easy with moderate throttle and some pedal assist. I probably won't update again unless I have any major issues. I feel good about this purchase and feel it will come in handy to use as an alternative method of transportation. Update, 7/27/21. I purchased an extra battery from ebay, Reention makes compatible batteries. Just make sure the voltage and size dimensions match. The bike is still running great, I drive within 10 miles with mostly moderate throttle and at most use half of the battery. So far so good. Thank you.

Wanted to love this bike so much, it has a lot going for it. Strong battery, good distance, the battery doesn't stand out, making the bike look more like a normal mountain bike than other e bikes on the market. Cruises at a good clip, 20 mph (27-30 kph ish) without petal assist. The brakes though... The bike was shipped without the front disk brakes. Heartbreak on my triumphant purchase. I took the bike to the local bike shop just to make sure what I was seeing was accurate, and they confirmed what I hoped was ignorant confusion (though, the rest of the bike was in great condition). Pessimistically optimistic I reported the issue to the manufacturer with good communication back. Unfortunately, a month later and 17 email responses back and forth with no resolution I bought disk brakes for $40 (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TW7H3GX?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and was able to install them within about an hour. They work great. I love this bike despite the the manufacturer, it's equivalent would be about twice the cost where I live. It's fast, easy to assemble, and now stops on a dime. I wish the 350w was 1000w, but you do get what you pay for. Update:. The company sent replacement brakes, they worked great. Sadly the bike was stolen from the garage, we replaced it with two more from the same company.... Absolutely no issues, the bikes are great. That's three now we've purchased, one with an issue the company owned up too and totally took care of, another two that were just... Pretty great. If your on the fence, this is a great buy for the money and a good company to do business with! Thanks!

I've had this bike for a few months now and feel like I can give a good honest review. Pro's: Was easy to assemble. The front brake will likely need to be adjusted. Use the micro adjuster on the brake lever - no problem. The bike is not that heavy for an e-bike and looks for the most part like a regular mountain bike. I like this because I don't look like some lazy slob out on the road and in reality I tend to ride the bike without the e on a lot of the time. The bike rides conventional enough to basically ride it like a normal bike - which is what I was looking for. The controls are very simple and bare bones. No KW meter or any of the tech you will see on more expensive bikes. The battery seems to be very good and easy to charge. I have yet to worry about running out of juice. Con's: I have really only had one issue with this bike. It will not engage in 6th gear. The chain just bounces between 5,6 and 7. So I'm down like 14% of total gears available which is a bit of a bummer. I get the feeling it's probably a bad sprocket and not the derailer as the other gears are flawless. Overall - I really enjoy riding this bike and would recommend if looking for a simple bare bones e-bike that rides very much like a conventional mountain bike.

So got this bike wanting to try e-bike and was very surprised it is not a high end bike but it is well made and well put together i have had for few months now about to take it on a long ride from colorado to florida so we going to see how it does got about 400miles on it now will update . so update got 1289 miles on it did a tour ride from Colorado to Florida did very well no problems the only issue I have is the seller tried to get another battery for the trip and they sent me to a seller that 2as selling the battery for half the cost of the bike witch I can find the same battery way cheaper from someone else and they did do discount cuz I was doing tour ride across the u.s so this seller is ok for some help don't ask about a spare battery cuz they will send you to a seller that is selling it at 500 bucks witch is way to much . but the bike is well made and works very well .

I ordered the fat tire 26"e bike for my 11 year old sin who is big for his age and this bike is huge. I ordered it wensday morning at 9am from nj it came in less than 48 hours FedEx. This bike maxes out at 24mph and is so comfortable. It took a half hour to put together so easy. He put 25miles on it in a few hours with 3 bars left on the battery and that's all hills in north jersey. As of now this seller is fast and this bike is a beast. My kids friend has the vivi and its no way as beefy as this one. BUY THIS ONE YOU CANT GO WRONG

I waited 3 months to write this because I wanted it to be an honest review. I got the bike late november, it was pretty simple to assemble following the instructions. The first thing I noticed was that the front break pad wasn’t placed and the pin to attach the front wheel in the fork was a plastic piece and it didn't seem very sturdy. I gave it a try anyway and rode the bike about 4 times on a 18 miles trail (each way), the battery lasted just enough and took me about 1 hour. On my last ride I noticed the bike was feeling “loose” and steering weird, when I entered the condominium where I live on the first speed bump the front wheel detached from the fork and threw me out of the bike, I had some minor injuries (and was glad that happened at the parking lot and not on the road, it would had been a disaster), when checking what was wrong I found out the bolt (the plastic one) got lost and it was missing an important piece to keep it all together. I contacted costumer service and they sent me a replacement that took very long time to arrive and it was exactly the same pieces, not reliable, I tried to repair anyway had a technician doing it. But the repair wasn’t enough and he brought to my attention several other issues with the product including the front break and quality of materials. I tried to return but costumer service won’t be helpful with the return and repairs. You will have to pay for everything and hope that one day they will refund you. I don’t recommend this bike for city riders, it is dangerous and will put your life at risk like it put mine. I am very disappointed and I regret this purchase so bad.
