The ball it self is great, even being air filled! The pump was easy to use as well. Now the mount, does NOT stay in place. So you pay for the ball… I ended up mounting mine on a galvanized rod, I drilled Thru. Not sure if you can get a cheaper ball, but now that I had it, I wasn’t gonna return because of mount. The Rod fits my outside gym better anyway.

Item doesn't feel well made. Didn't matter how tight I adjusted , bag kept moving from lock position. Also the monting screws failed. Didn't actually flair out to secure. Now I have to patch a hole.

The support bar would not hold in place. It kept moving out of socket, very easy to install. Just didn't live up to it's expectancy. I had to move onto a more professional type of speed bag.
