I bought this “brand new” but it was in fact used. The memory card had footage of recordings from whoever had this before me. The manual was missing and parts were out of the bags. Now for the actual device. The sound is horrible, even using the FM radio option. It sounds muffled. The screen was actually surprisingly good. It had a fast response time. If it had a better sound quality, I would have kept it. But it sounded horrible. I also don’t like that I had to unplug it to turn it off.

I had this unit in mid las July and tested yesterday. The unit was great but I had a little problem. It had the click sound but no sound from the iPhone. I can hear the sounds from my iPhone through the AUX output. The FM had no sound on internal speaker or AUX output. I called customer service and I just got the replacement unit today. Now I had sounds from my iPhone on the internal speaker. I think the FM signal wasn't that great with no antenna. The front camera is awesome. If the FM radio had a scan function and station memories that will this unit awesome.

This works so well. It’s very easy to get it set up. I don’t think I read the description well enough because the set up was not what I expected. I thought I connect my phone through Bluetooth but the phone phone connects via a lightning cable that also charges the phone, which is really nice. You do have to do some cable management but that’s easy. The picture quality is really great. I took the pictures included at night and you can still see the screen really well. I love that it is constantly recording with the dash cam just in case. Though you can turn off that feature as well. The dash cam works well and has good picture quality. The mount sticks to the dashboard really well. I had to move it at one point and did t have problems reattaching it. I don’t know how easy that will be once it’s been on for a lot longer. I can use this to make calls, accept calls, and text messages. Love this

It would literally be perfect, if the sound quality didn’t sound like it was coming from a muffled cardboard box. The touchscreen is fast, the camera quality is great, they just should’ve spent more time adjusting the sound quality, and this thing would be absolutely perfect.

The media could not be loaded. Always looking for CarPlay. 7 "HD screen, looks very comfortable. Compared to previous dashcams I bought, this CarPlay is much sharper and has a much larger screen. The price of the car recorder I bought before is also $100, compared to the performance of this CarPlay is much cheaper. And this CarPlay also has the function of dashcam. That's great. It's also very clear to use at night. You can see the image in my video. It's much clearer than the dash cams I bought before. When you connect your mobile phone machine CarPlay can be used, convenient and fast. I use it as a dashcam and to view maps. It's very convenient. Equipped with two cables, it can be used by both Samsung and Apple phones. Reasonable price, recommended to buy!

The Carplay system is a great addition to my Honda Civic. The setup and installation were very simple and quick. I was really impressed with the touch response on this system and I must say it is very good. The camera/dashcam quality is brilliant and auto-records as soon as the system starts. Google voice and Siri integration work seamlessly and there is no lag in the audio. One additional benefit is that the system comes with a 32GB SD Card which is great and can be used for dash cam video recording. Some minor feedback would be to have a toggle to turn off the startup sound and auto video recording on/off.

Not Bluetooth capable, no rear camera recording From item description: Connectivity Technology Bluetooth, Auxiliary, FM Screen looks good, but everything is wired in and you end up with a power cord, a phone cord and an Aux cord all running down your dash. Very disappointed in this description from Amazon and am returning the item.
