  • Good ink flow, darker shades than expected
Color: Precious Metals
I bought the precious metals. All of the shades were darker and more monochrome than I expected. The ink covered evenly and smoothly - both medium and brush points laid down an opaque finish. So they are quite nice pens but the colors are not very shiny, light reflective or glittery.

  • Spectrum noir Markers best for crafting cards.
Color: Rare Minerals
I love spectrum noir Markers. They are the best markers Waited all day for these, but in the end it was delivered next door and the person also was expecting a package from Amazon and opened my package thinking it was his package. I was outside with Amazon driver watching look for my package and the neighbor came out with mine. I was so happy to see my markers. ... show more

  • Matte and opaque
Color: Precious Metals
Quality and everything else you expect from Spectrum Noir is there, they are just too matte and opaque for me.

  • Softer toned metallic pens.
Color: Rare Minerals
I like the colors themselves. It's a good variety/range of colors in the set. They are softer colors, and when layered on top of other markers give a nice metallic sheen. These are not bright metallic colors. There's two different sized nibs on each pen.

  • Nice for watercolor
Color: Rare Minerals
These are nice for water coloring or adding small accents to a card or drawing. Not so good for coloring as the pens are too shiny and will cover any outline you have. Somewhat pricey to get a full set of colors.

  • Mostly Pleased
Color: Rare Minerals
Five of the markers were nice and juicy and vibrant. The pink quartz marker was nearly dried out and did not write well on either end.

  • Pretty Colors
Color: Rare Minerals
Pretty colors. Work great. My only problem is that both tips are small so doing a bigger area is challenging to keep the color even. But otherwise I like them alot.
