I have a good knowledge of sleeves / braces that work to help assist with pain and support and for my arm, etc, and this has been great. If you need one for sleeping. I'd recommend getting a neoprene or similar looser fitting product, especially if trying to alleviate pain in damaged joints. Good compression. It's a little tight, I ordered a small based on measurements. We have a knee sleeve and it stretched out with some use so I think this one will stretch a little too. Soft material and comfortable. It is long on me, reaches up to under my armpit. Arrived on time.

If you have arm pain after a long day of work or from whatever sport you do, these little gems will help. For me they make my nights relaxing and the pain from a long day fade into the background. These are a purchase I have no regrets about. One caution when ordering.... I am the smallest size but for some reason they sent me a medium which was completely unacceptable. They won't send a new set until you send the others back. This was quite odd because they normally do that so you have your product you ordered while the wrong one is on it's way back. Thus change took two stars away from Amazon.com ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The product is four stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ since it wears out a bit fast. It's definitely worth a purchase though 100% ... show more

I got in a motorcycle accident a few days ago and ordered these bc my arms along with my whole body quite frankly have been in a lot of pain and these offered same day shipping they are so comfortable and are giving me all the support I need in the right places especially my elbow that I think I landed on as far as sizing I think they fit perfectly so everyone talking about sizing probably didn’t measure themselves correctly tbh and if your in between a size always go down I’d say bc they are really stretchy ... show more

I ordered this in the smallest size, and it delivers a good amount of compression without being uncomfortable. The material is thicker than others that I have had and doesn't slip. It stays in place and runs the full arm length. If you look at the seller image you will see the pattern of dots at the elbow. That is how you are suppose to wear them because on the opposite side is a thinner comfort area for the inside bend of the elbow so it does not irritate. If you look at a lot of the review images they are wearing it up too high in order to get compression in the upper arm. If you wear it as it is suppose to be worn based on its design - it barely covers the bicep. That is the problem. This is suppose to be a full arm sleeve. It is not. It is a three quarter sleeve (as in the lower three quarters of the arm). Also, I ordered it as it was stated to do. By measuring around the elbow, and it did not fit at all - it was very, very tight and impossible to wear. My husband helped me get into it all the way as it was impossible for me to do it. In order for me to have compression on my bicep I needed to have the elbow area about 3 inches above my elbow. This is a poorly designed cheap compression like so many others you will find here on Amazon. ... show more
