I gotta say - this company not only provides a good product, but also fun, creative elements of support and set up. One of the selling points for me was the effort they made to create a specialized playlist meant to be played as you install 😆 and how they are very environmentally conscious in making all elements of the product and accessories 🌎. I loved it! And install was so supported - they thought of everything, from breaking down the different toilets you might be dealing with and what to do for those, etc. the flexible holdings for your existing toilet screws make it adaptable for any type of screws, with written instructions, pics, and guided videos. I was laughing throughout at all the fun they provided in the box at opening, some of the comments in the videos, they provide a little “reading pleasure pamphlet” to keep in your bathroom, and the playlist. Not very common these days to be provided a full “experience” for a product and install. 👏🏼😁 I appreciate that creativity. My install was successful - I had a little leak at first, due to one of the pre-installed fasteners on the Tushy itself not being threaded properly, but was able to fix it. Works great - and already using less toilet paper (which I also use bamboo TP already). For me, the bamboo knobs made it more spa-like to go with my bathroom theme, so nice to have options. Like any man the first thing I did upon receiving this product was throw the directions away. NO PROBLEM! This product was practically self explanatory as far as the install goes, had this baby hooked up in about 15 minutes. Step 2-test the product as I was very sceptical having never used a bidet before. I slowly turn the sleek bamboo dial while standing to the side then BAM! SOMEBODY CALL NOAH FOR AN ARK. This gyser shoots straight out of my toilet, out my open bathroom door and across my bedroom! I'm terrified at this point, I asked for a cleaning not an enema. DO NOT FEAR THE FOUNTAIN. Being the brave soul that I am I sat down to feel it's fury myself only to find that, despite it's appearances, there was a soothing, cleaning sensation upon my tushy. Excellent. Next: temperature control. This I have to say is the only reason for my 4 star review. Now I live up in the mountains and the water is quite cold. The first time I tried this thing I thought for sure I was going to have icicles hanging from my anus. I immediately cranked this thing over as far as it would go to warm-no change. Well it usually takes a good minute for the water in my house to come up to temp so no surprise there. Finally after Antarctica found its way between my cheeks the warmth finally came and I suddenly felt like I was in a tropical paradise. Not too cold, not too hot. Just right. That being said, this is really a problem just with where I live not the product. Overall I would highly recommend this Tushy Spa to anyone looking for an easy to install, excellent Product. Spend the little extra money for the warm water, makes a world of difference come winter time. ... show more

First time owning a bidet and I will never go back. It was incredibly easy to install and does not require a plumber. It comes with very clear instruction on how to install. It has both warm and cold water with a dial to control the intensity of the bidet flow. It has made wiping easier and saves me a lot of money on toilet paper.
