Worst product I've ever bought from any site. I should've read the reviews like I usually do but I didn't and I regret it. I plugged the heater up and the heat it emitted was great but 3 hours later it cuts off and never came back on no matter what I did. Electrician here. This is a cute little space heater. It's a little loud in a quiet room; but, it definitely puts out some heat. The top knob (pictured) is a little confusing. There are three different settings: Fan only, 1200W, and 1500W (which is about 5000 BTUs). However, the knob has all three settings on both the left and the right, with an off position at the top and bottom as well. I thought maybe it oscillated and one side of the knob was for still and one for oscillating. Nope. No oscillation. Engineers, right? There is a tilt switch (pictured) on the bottom of the unit for safety and it also has integral overheating protection. I will say this: One cannot hold one's hands directly in front of the unit for very long, on either the 1200W or the 1500W setting. It really does put out some heat. ... show more

I needed a new space heater for work. I purchased this heater thinking it was larger but surprised when I received it. At first I was going to return the heater but then I plugged it up and this little baby got some kick. LOL I would recommend this little heater.

The product I purchased did not generate much heat. The photos are very deceiving. The grill is 10 inches, but the heating coils are 3x3in . The output was very minimum by my desk. I would not recommend this product.

Got it on February 2 and it worked very well until these last three days and I haven't put anything on it in front of it or dropped it and it now won't turn on and if I get it to turn on it is a hassle to find a spot because the safety but on the bottom won't click.
