It works great in light snow and throws it very far. It's not as good in wet snow but it does cut through it. Easy to assemble although the instruction could be better. Worth the money and I am happy I purchased it.

We live in the mountains of CO. My new toy arrived right after we'd cleared snow on our drive. But, the deck called! Had 6” to 8” there. Now, I'm a 75 yr old woman. I'm not big, so was somewhat skeptical at how easy the snow "shovel" would operate. This little machine worked quite well! Very pleased! Now I agree with the directions that a 4” snow would be easier to clear than my 6” to 8”. And the louvre adjustment knob froze. Couldn't change the direction of the louvers. So have to plan ahead what direction to direct the snow. The narrative said it will throw the snow a "maximum 16.5’". I think that's a stretch. Oh! And I assembled it easily! So, yes, I recommend this product!
