Features

  • The World's Fastest CoreXY 3D Printer: Unleash your creativity with the unprecedented 1200mm/s printing speed! Experience the next level of 3D printing with Sovol Zero, designed for blazing-fast performance, precision, and reliability. Push the limits of your imagination with unmatched speed and efficiency! Ultimate CoreXY Kinematics brings ultimate speed. With a more compact design, fewer moving parts, faster acceleration, and reduced vibration, CoreXY delivers high-speed, precise printing like never before
  • Next-Gen Auto-Leveling V3.0: The all-new 3.0 auto-leveling system combines eddy current scanning with pressure sensing for unparalleled accuracy. By utilizing eddy current scanning and pressure-sensing touch points for automatic bed calibration, achieving a perfect first layer becomes effortless, requiring no action on your part. The eddy current sensor rapidly maps the Z-axis compensation grid without physical contact, using magnetic induction for faster data acquisition. Then the pressure sensor fine-tunes the precise touchpoint location, ensuring exceptional leveling precision while minimizing errors
  • High-Temp Nozzle/Heated Bed, Unlimited Potential: The nozzle of Sovol ZERO reaches up to 350C with easeperfectly handling a wider range of advanced and challenging filaments, such as PLA/TPU/PETG/ABS/ASA/PA/PC/PLA-CF/PETG-CF/HP-PLA, catering to more applications and diverse printing needs. Zero utilizes an AC heated bed, which enables faster heat-up, reducing preparation time and ensuring stable bed temperatures during long prints, reaching a maximum temperature of 120C. A high-temperature heated bed is essential for successfully printing high-temperature filaments. It also includes an overheating protection feature for added safety.
  • Chamber Temp Monitoring: Real-time chamber temperature monitoring with a temperature sensor, combined with the upcoming chamber heating component, ensures optimal printing temperatures for various filaments
  • Built-in Camera: The camera provides real-time monitoring and detection of the printing process (work with Obico). It also records the entire printing journey, offering time-lapse footage and providing convenience and insights into the printing experience
  • Air Filtration System for High-temp Filaments: Sovol Zero's air filtration system effectively filters VOCs, particles, and other emissions produced during printing, ensuring a cleaner and safer indoor air environment
  • Optimization of Sovol ZERO Entire Structure: XYZ Axis Full Linear Rails ensure Sovol ZERO 3D printer with smoother motion and superior control, enhancing print quality and reliability by minimizing artifacts. With greater rigidity and corrosion resistance, they offer extended durability for long-term performance. The silicone damping pad effectively absorbs vibrations generated during the high-speed operation of the 3D printer, enhancing the device's stability and user experience. It ensures a smoother and more stable fast printing process, thereby improving print quality
  • Open Source: Breaking the Barriers, Creating Freedom; Empowering users to freely customize and modify Sovol Zero, providing more space for personalization and innovation to meet diverse needs and creativity.

  • My little R2D2
Color: ZERO Metal Silver
This thing is a little monster. It prints ABS and PC better than much pricier machines. It does want you to get your hands a little irty to get the mst out of it, and for high temp filamants like PC and PA, you will want to do some insulation. This is a produiction worthy machine in your farm.

  • Warranty? is there one?
Color: ZERO Metal Silver
Hot End began leaking badly within a couple of days, Amazon does not sell replacement hot ends for this, less than 6 hours print time

  • Fantastic little speed demon
Color: ZERO Metal Silver
The media could not be loaded. Bought the zero late summer last year, put a couple hundred hours on it with fantastic print quality and fast as can be. It's built solid, didn't need anything fancy to get started. Just let it run its self start calibrations and the eddy sensor does a wonderful job with Z offsets and is easy as pie to print. Accuracy is great too, can see from the pictures of the calibration cube, its almost perfect especially for a 3d printer. I did have an issue with a completely random mainboard failure, but sovols support service was amazing with regular communication and troubleshooting and providing replacement parts until we got her back up and running. I couldn't ask for more honestly. And is the reason i own a bunch of sovols, they stand behind their product ... show more

  • Amazing printers with fixable flaws
Color: ZERO Metal Silver
I own a SV08 Max and a Zero. Love both of them very much, but there are some glaring flaws: SV08 Max: On larger prints, where there are long straight edges, the printer constantly throws clog warnings. This has especially been true when I use larger diameter nozzles like a 0.8mm or 1.0mm. To make it worse, this pauses the print, parks the head in the corner, and then doesn't cool off the nozzle. If this happens overnight, this means that 1: you loose all those hours on a big print and 2: the filament cooks in the nozzle turning it brown and awful. That means the next thing it prints (once you get it going again) will be cooked brown filament. It ruins parts. Other than that it's a beautiful printer! Amazing print quality once tuned. Fast. Zero: With high temp filaments, no problems. Very good quality with excellent stock volumetric flow capabilities (40mm^3 on many filaments). Problem exists with low temp materials like PLA or PETG. During the z offset function the printer will park the temp at 130ºC before probing the bed. Its under the melt temp, but often there is a bit of filament that creeps out of the tip and gets in the way/is left on the plate. The printer then wipes the tip and probes the SAME PLACE to establish z offset. That means that the z offset the printer chooses is often much too high and needs immediate intervention or the print will fail. Sovol: a fix would be to probe, drop the temp while wiping the nozzle, then probe a separate location with the cooler/wiped/non-leaking nozzle. Please update the start gcode! Otherwise I love the printer! Simple fix, if Sovol wants it to be. ... show more
