The media could not be loaded. I had for many years a Winbook NVR fixed camera system. I researched many brands and this was on par with a few. The 4K, PTZ and price were the defining factors. 1. Used 3 of my current CAT5 cabling from my old system, didn't need to move a single cable. Loved the fact it came with 2 60ft and 2 100 ft cables and used 1 of the 100ft cables to a new camera position. Will have 3 new cables if I ever need to replace the original ones. 2. Plug and play with the POE NVR. 3. The cameras provide a very clear and wide angle views. 4. Cameras do not have optical zoom, but have digital zoom. 5. The 270 degree pan is more than enough and very useful when following motion. 6. The 90 degree tilt is also more than enough and useful when following motion. 7. This NVR also recognizes off brand ONVIF cameras, but am currently not using them. 8. The night vision is amazing compared to my old system. 9. Haven't yet used the 2-way audio, but am excited when the time comes. 10. Only complaint I have is I'd like to be able to use the night lights by manually turning them on and not only by motion detection at night. 11. The NVR is an 8 port and if the need arises, I may add more cameras! I would recommend to anyone who wants high definition 5MP, PTZ security camera system. I'm loving it!! ... show more

Product setup was easy. You'll need an HDMI hookup to a monitor and an internet connection through a LAN. Phone app worked well. Guard PC app was a bit of work. Initial PC user and password...admin...123456. Read the software guide. Hiseeu team was great assistance through email. I'm not sure if this unit has zoom features. Still playing with software. Cameras pan and tilt well through both apps. Image is good enough for security purposes. I have Verizon so connection away from home took longer due to bad coverage. Hard drive is very active from the start. I'm assuming I can adjust that in software to record detection only. ... show more

I fired it up and I have recently been trying various inexpensive dome cameras with my Reolink security NVR box. The Reolink cameras always work fine, all the others it refuses to load up and show the video even if it detects they are on the network. This low cost NVR has worked with all the dome cameras so far just on the network, and it works with my wifi pet cam that is also on the wired network. It's not as polished on it's interface but it seems that you can get it to work with most any camera and most seem to show full resolution that the camera is outputting. It does not come with a SATA drive but I have one from my previous analog HD security DVR and it fired right up in the new box so that's another way they keep costs down, you supply your own drive. The box isn't as well laid out as my Reolink and the software isn't as easy to use and polished but if you want to be able to use MOST POE ONVIF cameras and even control the PTZ function that some have this is a great box for the money. ... show more

Horrible customer service. Cameras don't have features advertised in ad. Customer service was no help. Customer service agent didn't speak English. Video quality was not bad, camera has good pan/tilt. Did I mention the customer service sucks? If not...... Customer service sucks.

This camera's don't follow you around when they detect any movement as they said it would. At night they won't turn into color mode when movement is detected not even zoom in!! The features are simply not supported beware when buying this kit. You get what you paid for!!
