Requirement: This time, my client's requirement was very simple and straightforward - They needed a camera for a small storage room. Wired camera within the Sovmiku family of cameras preferred (Primarily because of the vicohome app for a couple of others). And preferably a small size with PTZ functionality! Price: The price point of the Sovmiku was aligned with the budget. App: Uses the VicoHome App from the Google Play Store. Setting up the camera took less than 5 minutes. Contents: The unboxing video shows the contents of the camera box (camera and the power brick). Functions/Operations: Most functions are pretty standard to what a security camera is supposed to have. Along with the live view and two-way audio, the app has an audible alarm, and a white flashlight sort of feature (in a way to light up the monitored area, which works very well). The media could not be loaded. I really love this camera. I got three of them and they were easy to hook up connect and begin using. It did take me a minute to figure out how to share the app with my spouse, but it worked out and was ultimately just an understanding issue for me. The amazing thing is that it will identify people versus cars versus pets. Further, with an iPhone app, it sends the photos and images to my watch, and my phone, which makes it very easy to maintain security throughout the day, I highly recommend this for home security, and pet monitoring ... show more
