  • Good for the cost
Style: 450W - 6 inch
Used on my Can Am 570 ATV. I have a front rack, easy to strap down. Several weeks installed, and no movement. Sounds good enough. Bluetooth was simple to hook up, no connectivity issues so far. Connects automatically every time after. Too early to confirm being weatherproof. Downside- depending on how loud your engine or exhaust is, you might not hear it as well at higher RPMs/ higher speed. ... show more

  • If this thing is 700 watts, I'm Iron Man.
Style: 700W - 8 inch
I bought this to put it in an old convertible behind the seat. It arrived in a box inside a box and was well packaged, and undamaged. I plugged it in as instructed in the manual. Paired my phone, again a breeze to connect. Fired up a couple of songs on Spotify to hear how it sounded. It does sound OK. The Bass isn't that great. Sound is ok and on par, based on the price I paid. It is NO WAY near 700 watts. The amplifier (included in the photos) is entirely too small to be 700 watts. It is screwed to the back of the right speaker and is not isolated with any deadening materials. There is no wall blocking the sound from the right side to the left for proper sound deliniation. There is no sound deadening materials in the tube. (which is why I opened it was to see what material was in there for deadening) Overall, know what you are purchasing. If you are wanting a "blow you away" sound system, this ISN'T for you. If you want OK sound at a mediocre volume, this is for you. Durability is to be determined. ... show more

  • Good for the money?
Style: 700W - 8 inch
I don't know. They looked cool out the box. I bought this to rig up on my boats Monster Tower. My boat does not have a stereo and rather than spending thousands installing a loud stereo and buying nice speakers I figured I would try this. They worked out of the box, the bluetooth worked during my test with no problem. They are loud. I wasn't expecting much in terms of sound quality and I didn't get much either. At 3/4 volume on my phone they sound pretty loud and passably good. At this volume the kids and lows are all jumbled together and the highs seem to scream out the little tweeters disproportionately high but my kids couldn't tell the difference and they were dancing around. If I turn the phone up higher than that with hip hop Bass and Mids completely distort becoming one mess. Ant the tweeters are just obnoxious. I can listen to 70s rock at full volume but the tweeters are way louder than the mids and lows, it'll probably be perfect for over the top of my boat engine while we're wakebaording but I can't take it sitting in my shed. I seriously sat there questioning whether or not I should return it due to the sounds being so marginal, but... Its just my boat and its really just for the kids, when my wife and I are at the sand bar alone once or twice this year we'll just be listening to quiet relaxing music over it anyways, and it was only $120, and its loud over all, so I kept it. I have a nice BOSCH worksite radio, it is not nearly as loud but the quality of the sound is way better. These speakers are just cheap and suck, hopefully they are tough. I got this thing rigged up to the top of my wakeboard tower with a couple after market brackets and the straps provided with the boom tube. It plugs into a female 12 volt accessory plug. So far the bluetooth worked on mine out of the box on day 1. It also has an aux in wire sticking out of it as an alternative to blue tooth. I wanted to love it, I definitely don't but it is probably about what I should have expected. I'm gonna keep it and beat hell out of it, we'll see how long it lasts. 3 out of 5 stars. If it wasn't the cheapest version on Amazon I would have returned it and tried the next option down. I wouldn't buy more expensive ones, they get even worse reviews. I could see building my own box and mounting the head and speakers and amp in there myself and running the whole thing through a 12v outlet, that is probably what I should have done and will do when/if I break these. ... show more

  • 3 years in the weather still works great !
Style: 700W - 8 inch
Had this speaker on my atv for 3 year now in the rain and parked under a tree and almost never in shelter. Bought a 110 adapter for using in indoors sometimes. Works great !

  • Louder and clearer than expected with all genres of music-Johnny Cash to Colt Ford!
Style: 450W - 6 inch
Ok to start with My friends and I ride Atv's and SXS routinely and we love our tunes while cruising. I have been wanting a tube but was uneasy about the mixed reviews on them. I decided to get the SSL 6.5 inch. It arrived and I plugged it up to my Atv and wow that thing sounds good. It is plenty loud with it Bluetoothed to my iPhone. So far I have strapped it to the front rack of my Polaris sportsman 570 with the included straps. The straps work like a standard helmet buckle does. I did not use the included zip ties because I want to be able to take it off after riding to clean easier. I did get some bungees and in a couple minutes had it on nice and secure. In any case this thing cranks and has good bass as well. You can here it at speed with no issues at all. It will actually get uncomfortable loud. I was so impressed with it I ordered another one a few minutes ago for my sons SXS. We put mine on the back of his Pioneer 500 and went down the road and it sounds great on it too. In any case, as of now I would highly recommend this speaker. If it holds up to our riding style in a reliable manner then this is a homerun buy. I will update if it doesn't. I have a number of friends that ride with me that are waiting on results also. ... show more

  • Perfect if it had buttons
Style: 450W - 6 inch
This is a great speaker but you have to work everything through Bluetooth which isnโ€™t helpful if your phone is stored in a water safe box in your atv. Itโ€™s a process to change music or ignore calls.
