I bought this because I was driving cross country and it really did help. It appears to be very well made and I expect it will stand up to being moved around. Pre-programmed modes are what I used the most . But, you can individually activate any of the four regions. Only suggestion I have for improvement would be to make the print on the remote easier to read. Yes, the pictures are helpful. But, the dark red letters don't have enough contrast to the black remote, making the settings difficult to read even with my reading glasses on. ... show more

I bought this for a 1000 mile road trip in my car and it worked great. I used it at home for a while before that and really loved the preset modes that would alternate sections and intensity. Would highly recommend for a portable massager and heater.
