I bought this because I was driving cross country and it really did help. It appears to be very well made and I expect it will stand up to being moved around. Pre-programmed modes are what I used the most . But, you can individually activate any of the four regions. Only suggestion I have for improvement would be to make the print on the remote easier to read. Yes, the pictures are helpful. But, the dark red letters don't have enough contrast to the black remote, making the settings difficult to read even with my reading glasses on.

I bought this for a 1000 mile road trip in my car and it worked great. I used it at home for a while before that and really loved the preset modes that would alternate sections and intensity. Would highly recommend for a portable massager and heater.

I got this massaging back & seat cushion and it was a nice little seat massager. I put it on the sofa and tried it on while watching TV and it was relaxing. It can also be used in a car as it comes with a car adopter. It has different variations and body parts that you can focus on. I recommend this for a quick easy massager at home.
