This shiatsu neck and back massager has exceeded my expectations on all levels. Right off the top I love that it is battery powered. Most of these neck and back massagers are wall powered meaning you are confined to your power outlet. The material on this massager is soft and smooth. It feels very comfortable to the touch. The massager has 6 kneading points which provide a very human realistic massage. Provides sufficient pressure where needed. It also has heat which makes it much more relaxing. The battery life is descent considering what it does. Can run for about ab hour in 10 minute intervals, but will need regular charging. I do charge after every session so it’s always ready to go. There are handles so you can sit down and use it and control the pressure you want applied. It also has a strap that you can strap around your torso so you can move about and do other tasks while using. I would highly recommend also makes a great gift that would be appreciated.

I have had neck aches off and on for years so I ordered this SORELAX Shiatsu Neck Massager. After unpacking I first charges it with a USB C Charger. Once charged I applied it to my neck. This neck massager is very effective as a neck massager. This item has helped me cope with my sore neck. If you need a neck massager I would recommend this SORELAX Shiatsu Back Shoulder and Neck Massager. This unit charges fast and is easy to use when using it by yourself. Different function make it most effective.

This was interesting compared to my other back massages of similar design. It has these 4 large "prongs" (for lack of a better word), that massage, similar to the balls that the rotating ones have, except these all move individually. It's more like a grab movement massage which was really nice and something I found helpful on my upper back and neck. The buttons are on the side with heat, change rotation, power, etc. and its easy and straight forward to setup and use and I really liked that it didn't need to be plugged in to use, so I could take it to another room or not have the chord dangling by my feet.

The massager has a soft cover that can be unzipped and removed to clean. It comes with a charger cord but no plug. It can be plugged in to charge but can't be used while being charged. Long press power to turn on or off, push mode to go between two modes, heat to go low, high, or off, and speed to try two different speeds. This is not a vibrating massager; it's the real thing with four moving knobs that give an amazing massage! I highly recommend this massager! If I had one complaint: I can't see the buttons while it's on, a remote might be nicer. But in all other aspects, this is amazing!

This neck massager works surprisingly well. The “hands” actually do a good job kneading my neck. The strap feels a little bit awkward, and so i rely mostly on the arm loops. I actually would prefer the strap not have been there.

I've gotten a good 6 uses out of this massager and still haven't had to charge it. The shiatsu feels like someone is using their hands to work out the knots in your neck. The cordless feature makes it nice for walking around the house and using it, you're not tied to one area.

This Shiatsu neck and back massager is well-designed to emulate the massage motion by a real person's hand. It has a built-in battery, so you are free to use it anywhere, super convenience for travel. The massager has arm rest holders on both sides for you to rest your arms in them and putting weight and pressure on the massager for it to work effectively. There are 4 control buttons on the left side arm rest. The operation is simple and you don't really need to read any instruction manual. I use it to massage my neck and upper back for about half hour, I feel great and it is very relaxing. All the stress on my neck, shoulder and upper back are gone. Hope the information is helpful.

Neck Bliss! I adore this neck massager! The heat option is fantastic for muscle relaxation. Strapping it on is a bit weird, but once it's on and activated, the soothing sensation on my neck is amazing! While I wish it had more strength or additional modes, the overall effect on my neck is incredibly satisfying.
