Now I'm absolutely satisfied. They are light weighted and I can easily lift a chair with one hand as if they are plastic. They are made of aluminum so they don't shake or wabble like plastic chairs. The water-proof fabric top makes them comfortable sitting on without worrying about getting cushions back in door when rainning. What makes this set extremely unique is the design of armrest with bamboo trim. Not only this mid-century look but also the feeling of touching bamboos with my arms made me think it was such a good choice of material from the furniture designer.

The set is okay and looks great but whoever manufactured the chairs is sloppy. Assembly is a pain. At least two holes on every chair are off location in some way and if you’re not careful you can cross thread them. If you don’t mind fighting to put something together buy this now.

Overall it’s good for this price that’s why I gave it 4 stars. But I wish I did more research on the following: Time and easiness to put together. It took 2 of us several hours of intense work to put them all together, with a professional screwdriver. In the end, we found 2 chairs were not even when we sat in it, the 4 legs not touching the floor at the same time! How the chairs stack together: when you stack all the 6 chairs together, it mounts pretty high, much higher than my old deck set. That makes a difference when you don’t have a bug deck and want to save space when you don’t use them.

I compared several similar sets on Amazon and eventually decided on this one based on price and content, it came within three day without prime shipping which was great! The table was constructed very well, it looked stylish and it’s very stable. The chair is made of aluminum, its lightweight but can support a heavy person still.
