I initially panicked when only one box of my outdoor sectional sofa arrived, thinking the rest was missing. But after contacting Sophia & William's customer service, they immediately explained this large set ships in 4 packages that may arrive separately. The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love this patio set! It has completely transformed our gazebo space into a cozy and stylish outdoor living area. The neutral-toned cushions and wicker-style frame look elegant and modern, blending beautifully with the natural surroundings and our deck setup. The frames feel sturdy, and the materials hold up well even with daily use under a covered patio. It took 2 people 3 hours to assemble. The instructions could be better. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with this set—it’s inviting, durable, and looks like something out of a magazine!

This arrived in two boxes over the past couple of days; I built it solo but it would have been quicker and easier with two people. Looks nice and is reasonably comfortable when you sit without leaning back. The back is very low so make sure that is what you were looking for in your outdoor couch action. The screws for the legs have an Allen wrench head and can be a chore. I grabbed pliers to hold the small end and twist faster because I’m not fancy enough to have one of those drills. The braces that hold the two pieces together are difficult to get on. I used a clamp on one end to help with the brute force needed. The holes for the seat backs did not necessarily line up so make sure you get your screws started and tighten after they are all in on that piece. From pictures, I thought the lounge was going to have a continuous cushion so was disappointed when that was two; and I’ll have to figure out some Velcro or something to keep the lower half from slipping. So now we shall see how it holds up.

Bought this a year ago, and I absolutely LOVE this thing. I love that I can pull it apart and set it aside, I love that it isn't a Bug Hotel the way wicker furniture can be. I love that the aluminum is sturdy and I don't have to worry about wicker falling apart or maintaining wood furniture (even if it would be pretty). I love that I can store away the cushions and take them out when we need them. I love that I can just spray it off with a hose if it gets gross. And I ESPECIALLY love how lightweight it is and that I can move it around so easily! So glad I chose this for my outdoor furniture. My ONLY hang up is the fact it only comes in black which gets hot in the sun/summer. And the fact its hard to find matching furniture if I were to get anything else. I would have much rathered a lighter color. But this sofa ticked all of the boxes I wanted otherwise that nothing else on amazon was offering me, so this is what I went with. Maybe I'll end up getting some covers eventually.

When choosing a patio set the flexibility of seating was super important to us since our porch is a confined space. I love how this set has two ottomans which make the seating great for lounging or adds space for extra people. First, the delivery was super quick and the couch arrived 3 days after ordering. When it came in we discovered some slight damage to the wood from shipping but we reached out to the seller and they promptly replied and made it better—super easy to work with! The shipment came in 4-5 large boxes over the course of two days. The instructions weren’t the best because some of the labels for items had fallen off, but I was still able to follow them and successfully put it together in 3 hours. Don’t miss the ratchet tool, it’ll make your life so much easier! Once assembled, the set looks great! The seat cushions are stiff out of the box, but not unbearable, and I expect them to break in with use.
