I am really happy about the looks of the stools. They are also very easy to put together. The price seems reasonable for the quality. I initially had a squeak in one when rotating. I found it did this when leaning toward the counter rather than sitting straight up with my weight on center. I did find that with adjusting the stool up or down a bit it seems to have gone away. I did run into a problem with 1 of the 4 with the seat side trim separating after a couple weeks. I have been rotating through the 4 stools and it seems that the others are not a problem. I was initially worried that I'd have to return the set of two for a refund since there was no replace option for the 1 problem. However, the company reached out to me and said they will be sending the parts to replace the stool with an issue. I feel they.are a solid 4 to 4.5 in quality and comfortable to sit in. With the company standing behind the defective one I'd give an overall rating of 5 at this price point.

I love this stools, they look great, slick design, but also so comfortable the height is great and is adjustable. assembly is so easy, very happy with them They tilt a little if you are small and are at the highest point, so would recommend you to lower it if you can. Doesn't fall always but it has happened. Which is why I gave it 4 star instead of 5

I've been looking for a set of bar stools for my kitchen island off and on for a few years now. I finally decided to try this set out to see how I'd like it. When it came in the mail (USPS), it was packaged well enough; nothing damaged. After opening and unwrapping the chair parts, (I took pics of the pieces as found in the box) it didn't take long to put the chairs together; less than 10 minutes with simple picture directions. The material is why I like it best, cause I have kids that may spill something on it and I wanted to be able to clean it easily enough. The material also seems durable enough. Doesn't feel like that thin skinned plastic vinyl stuff; more like a leather material. It's very attractive, too. I took close up pics of the material also. One issue I had so far was since I'm OCD, there is a thin plastic film that has to be peeled off after you put the chair together but I can't get all of it off by the seat area. It's in the middle of the back on the black plastic ridge. It's not that big of a deal but if I see it, I want to get it off! Other than that, they are nice chairs. They swivel nice and smoothly. They rise and lower smoothly. I did find out that if you want to lower the chair, you either have to be sitting on it or push heavy your weight on it. And if you want to raise it, you either have to pull the lever while you are standing on the foot rest or are off the chair all together. As you sit on the chair, it loses about 3 inches of height, for the hydrolic pressure it's holding. The other thing I noticed was, the ring on the underside of the base. I thought it was going to be a soft rubber to protect my wood floors from being scratched but it is only a plastic ring attached to the metal base. It seems fine so far, but I've only had the chairs for a week. They other issue I wasn't sure I liked, was the back of the seat area. I felt like it was uncomfortable to sit on if you sit all the way back in the seat. This wasn't so bad as I got used to it. Overall, the good outweighs the bad for these chairs. I got a pretty good deal for 2 chairs but I think I will still buy the warranty, because I wonder how well they will hold up for the next 3 to 5 years.

I’ve searched for months trying to find a bar stool and was unsuccessful. I started reading the positive reviews for these and thought I’d give them a try. Very easy to assemble. So very comfortable. They work well on hardwood floors. No scratches to floors was very important.

They look good but not as comfortable as I'd like. The seat and back are too small for my liking. OK for a teenager, kid or small adult but too small for a normal sized American.

Easy to assemble. Have not had them long enough to find out if the air piston keeps its seal. The 1 thing I do not like is the face that there is VERY LITTLE CUSHION is the seats. seats are a little on the hard side. Worth the money for LITE use.
