Packing was great, everything was wrapped to protect the contents from any damage. The construction is solid, and sturdy once assembled. The assembly was easy (20 mins each). The instructions we clear and concise, bolts were packaged separately with additional spare parts. End result looks good, and is super comfortable to sit on. The only thing that would make these better is a soft feet protectors on the end of the legs instead of the hard plastic ones.

The fact that the holes were not the correct size to fit the part into. Had to hammer A into the stool (caused dents in the legs) due to not fitting into the predrilled holes.

Ordered six of these. They were not foux leather as described but more of a brushed suede with lots of seams. So be careful of your choices. Not being smoothe, though fake leather, they would easily stain with kids spilling and dripping things. So we returned them. Fortunately we bought in pairs from Amazon Prime so returning was a breeze and not an issue. If you purchased from original seller and paid shipping I can't say what returning might entail. We did assemble one at first. Assembly was not a problem and they were sold enough. Not as large a base footprint as some others. One review person thought they were tippy and I agree a large person might not find them stable. But for the price if you order with a seat cover you like they would be a decent purchase.
