For work, I have to wear a headset/microphone combo for several hours at a time. I have a nice pair of over-the-ear headphones for one application, and they are quite comfortable. I needed a pair like these for a different application, and I was worried that these might not be as comfortable because they rest on the ear, not over. But I needed a headset quickly, and this one seemed to have the features I needed. It was also very reasonably priced. I didn't think the headset would be uncomfortable or malfunction, but for the price, I didn't think it would be as comfortable as my more expensive over-the-ear headset. I was wrong. These are super comfortable and very lightweight. The ear cups are incredibly soft. The sound quality is great and microphone produces clear sound, which is critically important for my work. I like that I can use the headset in a 3.5mm jack or USB port. One thing to note is that if you want to use it in a 3.5mm jack, you can't use the volume/mute buttons. This is pretty standard for headsets, where the volume can only be controlled when connected through a USB port. I do wish there was a mute/volume available for 3.5mm jack use, but it's not a deal breaker for me. I don't know about the durability/longevity of the headset. It seems well made, and if used normally, I don't see why it wouldn't last for quite some time. ... show more

This is an excellent headset! It’s very lightweight and incredibly easy to use—just plug and play, no need to deal with complicated drivers. The audio quality is decent, perfect for web calls, and my clients haven’t complained. With its clarity, they hear me clearly, which makes conversations smooth. I like the foam padding; it’s comfortable for short to medium chats, though it can get a bit uncomfortable during long calls, so I take breaks.     • Great product, difficult nesting, but otherwise amazing.
Four stars only because nesting the headset on the base is next to impossible. It takes several tries to get it in there just right to get it charging. However, the sound is amazing and the distance is amazing too. I live in a 3 story townhouse and I can keep talking and listening with no interruptions on any floor. It easily connects to my laptop and my phone. The volume wheel is so much better than looking for tiny buttons on other headsets. You turn the wheel up if you want it louder and down if you want to lower the volume. The mute button is at the tip of the mic so you don't have to go hunting for it either where you can't see it.     • Amazing stereo sound quality and technology
I've had other bluetooth headsets before, but none have ever come close to the surround sound stereo quality of these. The large earcuffs really isolate the outside room noise, as does the noise canceling microphone. I love the charging stand and its indicator lights. It makes this headset easy to store on my desk when not in use. These easily connected to my Android phone and Windows computer. I've been using them for phone calls and Zoom calls for a month and they are working fantastically. The buttons are easy to use and the left ear piece has a dial for volume. The mic can be muted by a button on the microphone boom too. These are very easy to use, comfortable to wear all day (which I did), and have a super long battery life. I love this headset. Needed a new headset for my home office and opted for this model. For the price I did not expect it to be as good as it is! It performs flawlessly! Sound is very good - crisp, clear, and adjusts to a high level with no static feedback. The mic quality is very good. The adjustments are 360* and have a satisfying click when stowed away or bottomed out. Cord length is ample, so much so that I did not need to unravel the headset half to reach across my very large desk. There is a control panel on the cable that allows you to quickly adjust the volume, mute yourself, or mute the incoming sound on the fly. The headband is very adjustable and fits my larger sized head with ease. The ear cups are soft and comfortable. For around $30-$40 dollars this wired headset is impossible to beat. If you work from home, this is an excellent Bluetooth headset with crystal-clear audio transmission. What I really like about this headset is the volume adjustment knob similar to the one in your car that allows you to easily make adjustments while on a call or listening to music by simply rotating the knob. With the USB-C charging cable, you can charge the headset through the base or directly by plugging it into any compatible port. The small Bluetooth dongle included makes pairing it with your computer seamless, especially if your device doesn’t have built-in Bluetooth. However, you can also pair it directly with any computer or phone without the dongle simply by turning on the headset; it’s quick and hassle-free. I’m very happy with my purchase and plan to keep this product. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable headset for your home office.
