I was happy with the price and aesthetic of this table from the word go-- I wanted something with a bit of architectural interest that would match my other black/brown furniture and this was the most affordable option. The first table I received had several points of damage on the box, which I documented before I moved it into my home. When I opened it, everything appeared well protected, so I proceeded with building it as I don't have enough space in my home to unpack all the parts and inspect them thoroughly without putting it together, and when I flipped it up, discovered a very distinct albeit slim crack in the surface. Very disappointing! I live in a third floor walkup and the box weighs over 60 awkward pounds, there's no way I want to negotiate returning it. However I messaged the seller, who upon being provided pictures of the defect, immediately issued a replacement table, without having to return the damaged one. It was on my doorstep in less than a week, and the replacement is flawless. Of course I still have to figure out what to do with the cracked table, hopefully in a way that doesn't involve hauling it down the stairs personally, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. It's a great looking table, very solid (over 60 lbs!), and only 12 fasteners to assemble. Very straightforward. Can recommend. ... show more

Beautiful table and way to put together. I put it together in 30 minutes. It’s not extremely heavy but it’s solid wood so it has some weight to it. I thought it was going to be too small but it’s the perfect size for a my dining area.

Solid construction. Sturdy. Assembly was a breeze, especially with the ratchet wrench they included in the box. Took me 15 minutes at best to put it together. It is a very good looking table. Higher recommended.
