These are the things that we liked about the four chairs we purchased: The light brown color These chairs are comfortable The assembly instructions were very clear, thus making the process very stress-free. What we disliked about the chairs: After assembly, one chair was unbalanced. If three feet sat flush on the floor, the fourth foot was over a quarter of an inch above the floor. I am rather puzzled about this. I followed the assembly guide faithfully. Any suggestions to remedy this issue? ... show more

I would give these chairs 5 stars but one of the rounded pegs on the legs was missing. No where to be found in the foam or the box and I'm pretty bummed about that. I'm hoping that the manufacturer will send me one since the chair is uneven without it. Aside from that, I think the qualify is great and they are comfortable. I just wish all the pieces were intact or that extra pieces were included. ... show more
