I was apprehensive because it was a collapsible ottoman! Took just a minute to put together. I even tested it by setting on it. I weigh 260 pounds. It didn’t even budge or scream! It looks fantastic and I have a nice place to put my sheets, Throw blankets, and other things.

The trunk is oddly easy to assemble, holds a LOT of stuff, and makes for a surprisingly sturdy place to sit. I use mine at the foot of the bed for storage and not only did it remove a lot of clutter, but the cat discovered it and he now uses it to get up to the bed. So everyone wins!

This ottoman looks just as described. Ignore my bad lightning - the pink in reality matches the company's advertised photos. I bought the 30 inch because my apartment is small so it worked better for my tiny space than the 43 inch. It's heavy and sturdy meaning it doesn't slide around easily. However I would be cautious sitting on it. I am 120 pounds but despite the 600 lb promise I think it's really better as foot stool or for putting some very light items on top. After all the inside is hollow for storage so I really don't think it's meant to hold up to that much weight going on it. For this reason I think it's a tad expensive for the price but is pretty and a great foot rest. ... show more
