They look beautiful at night on our deck. The lite shines down to they do not blind your night vision. They light up the stairs well for safety. They are easy to install. The solar works even though a few areas do not get sun all day. (Assuming the sun comes out.)

Sadly a few of them just didn't work. Paid for 16....got 14. But they seem to work good and stay lit for a long time! From at least dark til 4am!!! Like them, easy to install on the top of a fence, just bummed about the few that don't work

I bought these to light my fence and steps. I was pleasantly surprised. At first, I used the double sided adhesive to try them out until I was satisfied. Then I went back and screwed them in for a more permanent placement. They're not very bright, but they do give a nice, subtle wash of down light in strategic locations. These are my husband's favorite. I will be buying more to complete my fence lights. As for step lights, my steps are brick and these don't work for my purpose. However, I did mount several on the outer edges of my front porch and the effect is lovely. One placed to the side of my side steps gives enough light to safely make it down the steps on that side at night. I also have two placed on my arbor lighting the sign to my cottage. ... show more

Edit: got a bad one but after reaching customer service they are sending me another one. Hopefully it works better. Either way customer service is outstanding. One of my lights doesn’t work, and I see no customer service contact. It’s an aggravation if I have to take them all down and return just for 1 light that doesn’t work. ... show more

Recently purchased to go on my back deck and pool deck. They give off the perfect amount of light. They always come on as soon as it’s dark and they seem to last most of the night. They are made of plastic but seem to be good quality. They screw into the deck so they are easy to move around if need be. So far I feel as though they are good value for the money. ... show more

I really meant to order black and not brown ones, but they are fine for accent lights. Not enough light to really make a difference in a fence, but provides a good muted light for stairs as well. May buy more because they are affordable and way better prices than Home Depot or Lowe’s.

I am honestly shocked. They all work, they are far brighter than I expected and they last the night (short summer night, but still...). They some with screws and adhesive pads for installation.
