I didn’t go in with high expectations for this product but I can definitely say I was pleased with its effectiveness. My hound must love the taste because he immediately drools when I pull this out. He’s 55-60lbs, 2 yrs and I give him three. Keeps him calm for the morning to early afternoon. I like that he doesn’t get zoinked out from it, however he does get cozy and watches me work. I have a 8lb Shih Tzu that has unnatural high energy, we walk her, and play with her daily. After trying lots of calming chews, I decided to give this a try. I can’t believe it actually worked especially on our very anxious Aussie. He has a lot of anxiety and barks a lot during fireworks and even when he hears someone approaching the door. Now he’s calmer more than his usual self. These definetly help, it does seem that the more often you use them they aren't quite as effective, but for a nervous boy it can be a lifesaver. I try not to use them daily and I only give them at night.
