This is a beautiful vanity light (I bought the 5 light version) and it is of high quality. The light is indeed bright - and I probably will install a dimmer. But for now, the light is great and I am happy with the final product. My only real issue is the installation which is tricky because it is quite heavy and difficult to install without help. By this, I refer to attaching the light assembly (the part that you see) to the base plate. They provide the tiniest screws that are so small that they are difficult to install. This is true even with a ladder which I used because I did not want to stand on the new vanity countertop. A better solution would be to provide larger, thumb screws for the top part of the assembly or another solution to align the base plate with the light assembly. We had to order a second set of lights as the first set didn't work...now the replacement set quit working when they are barely a year old. I've learned that calling Amazon to try and deal with any order is a futile waste of my time. With Amazon it takes way too much time and energy to get a real person that you can understand and getting results is usually next to impossible!!! At this time we will not order a replacement for these lights from Amazon. We have a much better experience when ordering from WAYFAIR and returns and exchanges go so much smoother and simpler. ... show more

Some of the LED's are yellow after one year of usage. Be aware that you need to replace the whole fixture. I would not recommend to anybody.

I'm changing my review from a 1-star to a 5 -star because of Solfart's customer service. I bought many of these fixtures. Several LEDs went out over the course of a couple years. Solfart sent replacement parts. They initiated contact and followed through with great customer service.
