Purchased to give my guest bathroom a much needed upgrade. Installation wasn't too hard, however the adhesive holding the electrical components to the back of the box came apart and made laying the housing flat against the wall nearly impossible. The light is bright and I love that the bar is adjustable but it doesn't dim with the lutron dimmer switch I have installed, in fact trying to dim it flips the breaker so I just leave it on full blast. We needed an upgrade to our vanity fixture and wanted an LED with a modern look. This fixture looks and feels well made. The brightness is perfect as is, but if you want the ability to use a dimmer this fixture is compatible. The owners manual gives a list of compatible LED dimmers, but I’m sure any dimmer designated as LED will work. The front portion of the LED can be flipped up for a more ambient light application.
