It works
Only insert I was able to find. Retrofitted it to a GE saddle AC unit. The Window and the AC were the same width. Using all the weather stripping that came with the insert and the AC, we were able to create an okay air seal. Added some gaffer's tape to finish sealing up any holes. If the windows weren't already on the 2nd floor, we would have needed to look for a way to better secure the window, as it can be pushed in or out with a bit of force. Giving it 5 stars because it does the job, and we are using it on a unit that it was not designed for.

Pricey, but Works Great
Aesthetically pleasing, decent build quality, quite expensive but nothing like it on the market. Unfortunately, my doors and windows are black so the silver aluminum frame is not ideal, but it’s such a thin frame it’s not as noticeable as I thought it would be. Installing is quick and easy, after you get the awful plexiglass film peeled off. It is a HUGE improvement over the plastic filler I was using, for sound pollution and air tightness. I used this with my off-brand Cowsar window AC unit and it took a little finagling, but after a few minutes I came up with a solution and I’m happy with this window insert.

Do not buy this product! Quit working after 3 months. I got August . Now I am responsible for shipping cost to return product to California. And they will ship one back at my cost. Shipping cost to California is 350.00. So by the time I invest money is shipping I can buy one local. At least if it quits working, I can turn to store! I will never buy a large item from Amazon Prime again! And will never buy another Soleusair product again!

Works. But kinda overpriced.
Not really worth the 130 that its priced at. It is just barely wide enough to fit my GE profile inverter AC, but only if I dont put the side flares on. The foam it came with helped and im glad it did, but for $130 I would of at least expected double pane acrylic. But I guess you can charge that when no one else offers a similar product
