Awning was very easy to install, and looks great on our camper. The material is very heavy duty and should last a long time. Everything fit perfectly with no modifications at all. I had purchased and returned 2 OEM covers prior to purchasing this one. Both OEM covers had lots of pinholes that you could easily see once the awning was up. After returning two OEM covers, I decided to try a different brand. This awning was packaged much better, was much lower in price, better quality, and had no pinholes or any other flaws. I will definitely order this again if there is a need.

If you have an LED light on the roller tube you will need to make two modifications. 1. Make two very small holes in the hem (one on the trailer side and one on the roller side) to run the wire. I used the cord material From the old awning to fish through the hem. Once all the way through, taped the wire onto that and pull the wire through. Reattach the plug on the roller side of wire, plug back in and done with step one. 2. You will need to remove the cord material from the hem on the other end of old canopy. Mine was thin and yellow. Make a small hole in the other hem and feed the cord from the trailer out to the roller. Make the small hole about an inch and a half from the trailer. This will allow you room to feed the cord. The reason this has to be done is to even the roller tension because of the wire on the other end of the roller tube or your awning will not retract evenly.

The awning fit perfectly and looks great and after some frustrations now works great too. My problem is not with the fabric, but for the Do It Yourselfer, this can be a task. The instructions provided were very vague and had no instruction for a powered awning, and no mention of how to hold the spring tension on the non motor side. Removal of the old fabric was a breeze, and installing the new into the guides was fairly simple, but that is where the easy ends. I highly recommend searching YouTube videos to gain a better perspective. There is some good info on You Tube to help make the install easier. If the included instructions had been a little more informational, I would have given this product 5 Stars.

Loved the white underside beings I have a projector that I use for outside movie night, so instant movie screen is a plus. I won't know the durability until it's been in place for awhile, however the stitching seems a little loose, but not loose enough to prevent the installation, or complain, but rather just an observation. It was great getting the old one removed and this super nice looking replacement installed. Definitely a great value for the cost.

We ordered this replacement awning and It had two complete holes where you can see the light coming through and then another smaller one that was started. We will have to go buy some repair tape so they don't get worse. We couldn't see the holes until after we had already installed it. The material seems durable and it wasn't that bad to install. But it was also listed as 13 ft 4 in and we measured it and it was only 13 ft 1 in. I pray it will last, but kind of frustrating starting off this way!
