The installation couldn’t have been any easier. I love that you can easily zip off when not needed. The temperature difference with and without is very noticeable. Highly recommend this product!

We absolutely love this sun shade! It was super easy to install (always a win when you’re setting up camp), and it makes a huge difference once it’s up. The shade really cuts down the sun and heat, so we can actually relax outside the camper instead of hiding indoors. The mesh still lets the breeze through, which is perfect for camping, and it adds just enough privacy from nearby sites. This has quickly become one of our must-have camping accessories. If you spend any time under your awning, you’ll be glad you added this!

Amazing product. Love how easy it is to use, and it protects us from the rain and wind, as it holds our awning in place. Love it, if you don't own it, get one. Well worth the money in quality and usage. Will last a long time for sure, and very well made. Have recommended this product to many others.

Size: 8'X17'3''for 18' RV Awning
Color: Black With Zipper
The 17'3" shade I ordered arrived on the promised date and the shipping box was in perfect condition. When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was 2 tears in the plastic bag (See Pictures). After close inspection, I was satisfied the shade was not damaged and proceeded to unfold it. I found the accessory bag and noticed a deformed hold-down stake (See Picture). While looking at the included parts list I discovered the manufacturer enclosed the tie-down package for a shorter version of the shade which included 4 stakes and 4 bungees (See Picture). The 17'3" shade is to have 5 tie-down stakes and bungees. Installation of the shade on our A&E/Dometic awning went smoothly, and after unzipping the lower portion I tested the rollup-in-place option; through several close/open cycles it worked as expected, with no issues. The 24" dropdown is exactly what we wanted to keep February's afternoon sun off our RV patio in AZ. I contacted Amazon to request a new packet of the correct accessories, but was told that since the product is handled and shipped by Amazon, the only way to correct the issue was a complete return and replacement of the entire sunshade. That seemed like a waste of time and money, and no guarantee the next unit might not also have issues hidden in the factory packaging. Amazon offered a credit of enough to cover the cost of buying the additional/defective items locally, and I am satisfied. Currently we are only using the top portion of the shade, but I will update this review after the weather warms up more and we use the entire sunshade. If I could split the rating, I would rate the manufacturer a 4 due to sloppiness, and Amazon a 5 for their top-notch customer service.

Size: 8'X14'3''for 15' RV Awning
Color: Black With Zipper
The sizing guidelines were spot on and I ordered the recommended shade screen for the 15’ awning on our 24’ Thor Gemini. It could easily be installed by one person, but having two people made it go on so quickly! It took a few starts and stops of the awning to get it to stop in the right spot so that the track slot was exposed freely from the end cap, but then the poly-cord slid easily to into the track without using any tools or removing any awnings parts. The short top piece adds extra shade even without the lower section zippered on and rolls in perfectly when retracting the awning with no noticeable added bulk. It’s great to have easy options for various levels of shade and privacy based on the varied campsites we’ve visited. The zipper is a huge asset for easy set up and for quick take down in the event of unexpected wind or storm.

This sun shade absolutely changed everything for us. We have a full sun seasonal spot and this shade made it so much more comfortable to use our deck in the afternoon hours. Easy to install, fast to take up and down. Rolls right up with the awning and is easy to store the bottom section. I don’t know how long it will last but for the price if we get a couple-few seasons it’s worth it!
