    • My husband kept buying the wrong screw
The screw on the lid of my husbands laptop fell out and the lid was going to fall off. He kept trying to find the right screw at the hardware store. I came to Amazon and asked for a laptop repair kit. This had the perfect screw in it. It was so cheap compared to all the screws my husband tried from the hardware store.     • Good Assortment In A Terrible Box.
The various sizes of screws was exactly what I was looking for and the number of each for the money is good. My problem and reason for taking off 1 star is the box. First, when I opened the package there were screws that had come out of their respective compartments and we're sitting on top of the identification label. They were between the label and the inside cover and there were a bunch of them of various sizes. Some of the sizes are so close, and the screws are so small it is hard to tell which is which. And when I opened the box they just fell in random compartments. Second the box is thin and flexes very easily (which is probably at least partially responsible for the screws not staying out during shipping). The latches don't snap solidly into place and the hinge is slightly misaligned and probably won't last being made of the same flimsy plastic as the rest of the box. I ended up sorting the various sizes, hoping I matched up the stragglers correctly and putting them in small plastic parts bags. I cut the identification label into squares and put one in each bag for the (hopefully) appropriate sized screw. The screw assortment is good so I can recommend on that but if you buy this kit be prepared to find a less important use for the box. ... show more

These worked well with my Toshiba computer. They are easy to screw. The set had a variety of screams to fit. They seem durable and should hold to daily use.

I order thus and return it because it came with the clear case broken and 3 compartments busted. Screws all over the place. I organized them and the assortment was missing 20 of the main size I need it and 3x4 and got 20 extra of 3x3. They wok as intended but when quality control misses a complete group well. Not good.
