The shoes I’d purchased are a bit big, but seem to be tons better than proper sized ones. Unfortunately, the insoles failed within weeks (Propet tennies). My foot doctor recommended these insoles and I decided to get them to fit my newer sneakers. Very much a good idea. I really like these SOLE insoles. I put them in my MTB shoes. They keep my feet very happy. I was having a problem with my feet going numb after about 20 minutes of riding. These insoles fixed my issue.

I need a lot of arch support. Over the years, I have used at least 8 or more competing brands, and even have to custom made Orthotics that cost around 300 each. The Sole products are more comfortable and effecting than any of the above. I own several pairs, of different thicknesses, depending on the show. Would highly recomment.

I was having an exacerbation of metatarsal pain at the ball of my forefoot. I tried silicone inserts for shoes but they moved too much. These have metatarsal support, as well as arch support. I have had great comfort wearing these while running. These have been firm but flexible. I didn’t heat it because they felt fine out of the box. They have given me a better quality of life after I have been using them for a week. I couldn’t get comfortable before trying these. They stay in the shoe without shifting while running or walking. L They’re definitely a worthwhile and effective purchase.

Two advantages of Sole insoles: 1. Much stiffer than insoles that typically come with athletic shoes which are soft and flimsy in comparison. 2. Unique feature that allows first warming them in the oven before inserting them into shoes and then stepping into the shoes to mold to your feet. I own multiple pairs of Soles for street running shoes (two pair), trail running shoes, and court shoes. They play a part in preventing the return of plantar fasciitis.
