I really like these SOLE insoles. I put them in my MTB shoes. They keep my feet very happy. I was having a problem with my feet going numb after about 20 minutes of riding. These insoles fixed my issue.

I need a lot of arch support. Over the years, I have used at least 8 or more competing brands, and even have to custom made Orthotics that cost around 300 each. I was having an exacerbation of metatarsal pain at the ball of my forefoot. I tried silicone inserts for shoes but they moved too much. These have metatarsal support, as well as arch support. I have had great comfort wearing these while running. These have been firm but flexible. I didn’t heat it because they felt fine out of the box. They have given me a better quality of life after I have been using them for a week. I couldn’t get comfortable before trying these. They stay in the shoe without shifting while running or walking. Two advantages of Sole insoles: 1. Much stiffer than insoles that typically come with athletic shoes which are soft and flimsy in comparison. 2. Unique feature that allows first warming them in the oven before inserting them into shoes and then stepping into the shoes to mold to your feet.
