I just got this set so this review is not really a will it stand the test of time review. Initially some things to know. 1. It comes in 2 boxes that may not be shipped together. Only one of the boxes has the hardware so without it you are dead in the water until you have both. I received the 2 chairs one day and the next day I received the couch and table with the hardware and instructions. 2. For assembly, the instructions are good, you must use the correct size hardware. This is pretty easy to distinguish based on the assembly instructions. 3. There are 2 sets of hardware, I believe they were the same. One is for the 2 chairs and the other is for the couch and table. 4. For each item I recommend you loosely install all hardware first. Then hold in place and tighten them all at once. 5. If you look at the questions and answers section there is a mention of an issue with the table legs. I ran into this issue. The pics I added show how they should be installed to avoid this issue. The directions do tell you to make sure the 2 sets of legs are diagonally opposite however, they do not say how they need to be mounted. They need to be mounted so that the legs are on the short side of the lower table shelf. 6. The hardware is cheap as is the case with most all these types of sets. I did use it OK and it held well however over tightening will easily strip the screws. I found a small 1/4 inch ratchet made things much quicker. You will need 10mm socket also may want deep socket. 7. All in all the set is very sturdy and seems it will last the test of time. I will have it outside on my deck on the south side of the house so it will be in the sun all day every day. I did purchase the covers recommended but Time will tell if it will fade or dry and crack but initial reaction is that it is great for the money. ... show more

Love the look and feel the furniture brings to my patio. The cushions are decent, but i think we could benefit from something a little thicker. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. The only complaint i have is that it seems to "bleed" rust from the seems. At first i though maybe someone had spilled some juice on it, but in further investigation we realized it was rust water coming out of the chair (after the 1st rain). It was easy to wash off with the hose and wipe off add'l residue with a sponge. I'm disappointed about the rust, i hope its not a telling sign for the longevity of the furniture. I'm no happy with the rust spots on my new patio either :( i may have to find an area rug to place under it to avoid damaging my pavers. If not for the rust issue, i'd give it 5 stars. I've received lots of complements on the furniture since received (September 2020) ... show more

The only thing I wonder is if the links under the chair will hold or expand with the use since there is no metal to hold the cushion or people's weight. Now that the set is assembled and staged in our backyard, it looks lovely. The price and appearance were what attracted us. We purchased rain/sun Scotch-guard after reading that the cushions remained wet following rainstorms. I highly recommend completing the assembly with another person. I did it myself and found it quite tedious and time-consuming. A few of the screw holes didn't align properly which led to loosening others, etc. We had our previous Sunbrella set for 8 years and the cushions were much thicker and more comfortable. These are fine, but not something I would want to curl up on to read for hours. Fingers crossed that it is truly weather friendly and that it stands the test of time. Considering the insanely high prices of similar sets, this felt reasonable. ... show more

I read the reviews about assembly and took most of the advice. First, I laid out each piece with washers, screws and lug nuts. Never tighten each screw until all are in place. If you did, it would be lopsided. Common sense people! The color is a nice gray and pillows are of good quality. The set is under a covered patio that will get some blown in rain every now and then. Furniture comes in 2 packages - well packed. Also 2 packs of screws, washers, tools etc. There are 88 washers and I used every one! Think about that. 4 screw sizes and a set of instructions which is small and difficult to see exactly which size screw goes where. Tools are completely inadequate for assembly unless you have a week and the patience of Job. Fortunately I have a drill driver, ratchet wrenches and a wife who helps. I have been researching patio seating groups for 4 months. Sometimes waiting for reviews. When I found this set it hit all my requirements. Great price At least 30" back height Decent pillows And easy assembly When I got it it was all that. My husband assembled the set in about 45 minutes. Pieces were marked and had decent Instructions. (See photo) It looks so nice. I also bought the cheaper line sofa to go with it and it matches exactly. Very pleased with everything. Extremely fast shipping, it got here early. Looks fantastic. The love seat fits two people of decent size comfortably. Arms on chairs are great. Perfect!!!! Can not beat the quality for the price! I have seen same quality sets for 1200 and I like this better. Another thing to add is that the back of this set is very finished, so it does not n you r to be against a wall. Some of the more inexpensive sets have ugly backsides. ... show more
