  • It gets stuff hot! Including the stuff attached to what you get hot!
Color: Orange
Works very well. Follow the directions and set up and you'll have a super useful tool. Used it to remove a seized on coupler to a hydraulic pump. The only issue... it heated it so well, it roached the pump's inner seals. Yup, whole pump was hot! I have used this to forge a spear head out of a rail road spike! Have removed several bolts as well. Worth it! ... show more

  • Worth Every Penny!
Color: Orange
This thing worked for the toughest bolts. I had a seized 19mm lower control arm bolt I couldn’t get out with a breaker bar. I bought the Hot Rod induction heater tool, put it on the bolt until it got read hot, and it instantly came out. I would highly recommend!

  • Worth it!
Color: Green
This is the second induction heater I have purchased from this company in six years. The first one was used quite a bit in a professional environment until it finally quit after 4-5yrs of constant use. I bought this one which is an upgraded version of the previous one, and so far it has done fantastic. I really love that it now has a hard molded case, as it not only protects it, but allows for ease of storage. ... show more

  • Wanna see a magic trick?
Color: Orange
This tool is magical. Heats bolts in seconds and is way faster and safer to use than a torch. Only applies the heat where directed and is indispensable when working on rusted or seized metal fasteners. Induction coils are flexible so you can create the shapes you need to reach different areas. My brother wasn't a believer and wanted to soak a seized engine bolt in PB Blaster. I told him to "watch this" and I had the bolt heated and loosened in 30 seconds literally. He admitted later that he wants an induction heater tool now! ... show more

  • Life saver on exhaust manifold job!
Color: Orange
I was very skeptical of this tool but it has been so valuable working on a rusty old Michigan truck. I did a complete exhaust system replacement from the manifolds back and I managed to get every stud out of a 20-year old exhaust manifold without breaking one. Invaluable tool. If you're on the fence, go for it. Also very helpful for removing the O2 sensors that were corroded into the cats. Only reason for 4 stars is I'd like if the loops that you can bend yourself were a little longer. It's hard to get a good induction loop and a long enough extension to get at those harder bolts. The tool is larger than I thought and kind of bulky so it's important that the induction attachments are long. ... show more

Color: Orange
This product saved me $2500 and prevented a critical piece of equipment from being out of service for over a month. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional quality of this item; it is truly remarkable and robust.

  • Only lasted one use.
Color: Green
I bought this product in September of 2024. I used it one time to do cab mounts on my truck. It worked great, however when I went to use it again this past weekend for the second time, it would get bolts hot but not red hot. Very dissapointing.

  • This puppy works and did not set my carpet on fire
Color: Orange
I got this product because I needed to remove a seatbelt clasp which was secured in the drive shaft tunnel by a caged nut. On top where the bolt protruded everything was pretty tight and I did not was to set my carpet on fire using a torch on the rusted bolt. That bolt was rusted to the max and I tried using a very long cheater bar on it but it would not budge. Next I used a hand held driver but it would not move after repeated blows to it. Then I read about this device and read up on the science behind it. In spite of the fact that some indicated it did not work I decided to give it a try because I had to get that seat belt latch out. I got it last night and got up this morning and prepped it. I got the more expensive version because it had smaller loops available. I got it in place and held it on for about 25 secs with my carpet smoking but the bolt was not glowing yet. I pulled out my cheater bar and applied some force and THANKFULLY it came out. I could have used my impact wrench but it was attached via a caged nut and I was afraid the nut would come loose from its 60 year old weld. So 5 Stars for this product because it worked. Most of the time a torch is fine but in some instances you don’t want to get your flame too close to a sensitive part. ... show more
