The media could not be loaded. I love these lights! I'm 23 and recently diagnosed with level 1 autism. It's been extremely difficult not because I'm in denial (the diagnosis has been quite the relief) but because I have 23 years of masked stims and masked sensory needs that I have no idea where to even begin to uncover. The brightness of lighting was one of the first things I decided to tackle! I know I enjoy warm and dim lighting so after a long Amazon scrolling session, I decided to get these for my bedroom and they are PERFECT, just what I was looking for. These aren't bright enough for me to do homework or even a coloring session with so I got a stained glass art lamp to provide that extra brightness needed whenever I have homework to do (the lamp is shown in the video attached to my review). I have no need for the different settings for theses lights so I have not used the button on the plug-in so I can't really Say much on how that functions but if you're just gonna use these in your bedroom in the still lighting setting, theyre perfect! My bedroom is quite small and I underestimated how long they'll be so that's why I have an awkward "v" shape in the middle of the ceiling. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought these late November. There are 2 long strings of very tiny lights in the box. They are solar powered, which eliminates the need for extension cords. It took me a few days to recognize "their habits", so to speak. Here's what I learned: Face the solar panels toward the morning sun, and if desired, turn the panels toward the sun throughout the day, if you want to maximize the charge. Key point: I found that our regular exterior electric Xmas lights on the house, will prevent the solar lights from lighting, so I turned the solar panels away from the beams of the house lights, to trigger the solar lights to go on. They usually go on about 5:30 pm when it gets dark (Los Angeles area). Upshot, other nearby lights will affect how these perceive darkness, and ability to turn on. I find that it has to be pretty dark outside, with minimal other lights around, to get these to work properly. They work in the rain. They may go out if you walk near them or touch them. You might need to tweak their placement a little. There's 2 buttons on the back of each panel (panels are about 3.5 inches square). One is power, the other sets the lighting pattern. I put 2 strings in our pomegranate tree, which I recently pruned, so it wouldn't be bald looking. Mine stay on until 5 or 6 a.m.- all night - basically 10 to 12 hours. I did not remove the clear plastic film yet from the front of the panels. For 20 dollars, the are nice little addition for the holidays and parties. ... show more

These are so cute and love how they have a bunch of different light modes that you can switch from. We used both for a single palm tree and it looks great!! lights are tiny but pack a punch on luminance. Easy to set up and we let it charge thru the day and tried them at night just beautiful!

The media could not be loaded. I love these lights. I don’t recommend them for a Christmas tree but for ambient lighting in your room, they’re perfect! I wanted them because my bed side lamp doesn’t light my room quite bright enough so I wanted something a little extra and these did the trick perfectly. One thing I don’t like about them is that the solid light is the only mode that will stay on consistently. There are 8 different modes. Some blink, some fade, some twinkle. All very cute, however, if you set it to a different mode(fade or twinkle for example) it will not stay on that mode, It will eventually start flipping through all the different modes. But if you leave it set simply to just be on solid, they will stay. Other than that they’re great and they are absolutely perfect for what I wanted to use them for!! ... show more
