I've had 6-sets of similar solar powered led string lights that have lasted over a year. These rechargeable batteries typically last 300-400 charge cycles. Five of the six are still going. The one failure had to do with the electronics module which would only allow the led string to stay illuminated for about 30-minutes; the solar panel and the battery was still working. This is the same failure mode as these I purchased lately. I let them fully charge in the Florida sunshine for two full days before setting them out for night time use; they stayed illuminated for less than a couple of hours this first night. The second night, they lasted about thirty-minutes. I can get them to restart by cycling on/off the power button, but they only stay illuminated for about 30-minutes. Since there are so many other offers on this website for solar led string lights, I'd recommend trying any of the others over these. Due to the low cost, I've not tried to get a refund, so I can't comment on that aspect.

Best charging panel of ANY solar lights I have ever bought! It actually has separate light and green light to let you know it is actually charging. The ONLY reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars is an inherent shortcoming I find in ANY outdoor solar light string I have "ever" bought: There is ONLY one battery! In this case it's a rechargeable AAA battery; so, with 200 lights on this 72 ft. string you can imagine the time is greatly reduced as to how long they will last until battery is empty. Other than that, I love them! Very large solar panel but really needs a 2nd or 3rd batter so the lights will run more than 4-5 hours before battery is dead.

These little fairy lights are so adorable and they work very well, with a lovely bright glow. The wire is a nice thin copper wire. The size of each little mini light is about the size of a large grain of rice. They’re durable and have held up well through a really hot summer days as well as rain. The solar panel comes with a steak to put in the ground, if you choose to. I attach my solar panel to the brick wall with some double-sided tape, because I have big bushes and it works really good. Bare simple and easy to attach anywhere and install anywhere. I like that the wire is bendable and you can twist and turn for example, I wrapped mine around each my little fence posts on my porch. I would highly recommend and I have already purchased more.

I bought 6 strings of these lights several months ago to string across my 14 X 14 garden shed patio. The lights are a nightmare to put up without tangling and some of the strings ended up with the solar panels hanging midway across the patio with nothing to attach them to but the wire I hung them on. Once I got them strung they are nice and stay on most of the night. Unfortunately, we had a wind storm last week and the solar panels on 2 of the strings broke off. There is no way to fix them. I will have to order 2 more strings to replace them if I want them to match what I already have.
