Perfect Solution for Our Outdoor Storage

We have an outdoor storage area, and at night we always had to use a flashlight whenever we needed to find something. This light completely solved that problem. The best part is that we didn’t have to run any electrical wiring from inside the building. The solar panel charges during the day, and the light is bright enough to cover the area very well at night. The adjustable light panels are also useful because I can point them exactly where I need the light. Installation was simple, the motion sensor works well, and the remote control is a nice bonus. No wiring, no extra electricity cost, and no more searching around with a flashlight at night. Exactly what we needed. 👍

I’m very happy with this solar shed light. It provides plenty of bright, cool-white light and does a great job illuminating my shed without needing any electrical wiring. I really like the adjustable panels because I can direct the light exactly where I need it. The motion sensor responds quickly, and the remote control makes it easy to change the brightness and lighting settings. Installation was straightforward, and the solar panel gives me the convenience of not having to worry about running power to the light. Overall, it’s a practical and versatile light for a shed, garage, patio, or other outdoor area. Great value and exactly what I was looking for!

Pretty good. Lights up our “smoke” tent pretty well. Light tends to turn off too fast if no motion detected. Other than that tiny annoyance, it’s bright and responsive.

This lamp is a bit finicky. Motion detection range is really narrow, coupled with a rather low on time of 20 seconds in motion detection mode. The functionality of the on/off switch of the lamp is confusing. I installed it into a small tool shed, with the expectation that I could enter, and the light would turn on when it detects me and shut off when I've left. However, it doesn't quite work that nicely. The motion detection range is very narrow. Unless you're standing directly under the lamp, it wont detect your motion. Or if you're standing in place too long while working on something, the limited on time of 20 seconds means it will shut off regularly and you have to go back underneath it and wave your arms to get it to turn back on. Also, its difficult to tell what the power switch is meant to do? I would have expected that pressing the power button on the lamp would turn it back on in the mode that was last used. However, I can press it to turn off the lamp, but pressing it to turn on just gives me a flash and then it shuts off. In order to turn it on, I need to press one of the mode buttons on the remote. Ive mostly resorted to using the "Auto" on the remote, where it turns on and stays on till it reaches 60% battery, and then using either the button on the lamp or the remote to shut it off when I'm done. Not great, because carrying a remote into a tool shed is a bit of a hassle. Its also not particularly bright. Works great at night when its pitch black outside, but during daytime, even inside my dark shed with no windows, you cant really see any difference with it on or off. Using the auto mode + remote, the lamp works fine, but makes all the extra motion sensing features kinda pointless. Would have been nice if it stayed on for 20 minutes, rather than 20 seconds. I mean its solar charged with a supposed 10-15 hour battery life, so why so stingy with the timer? *2025 Update* This things just so useless. Trying to turn it on with the power button just results in the lamp turning on for a second and then off, while the green and orange leds flash. The whole idea of needing a remote is silly too. Its inconvenient to use.

Cheap but a beast!

Look guys, it’s a cheap light for a reason and that’s because it is not made with great materials. Clearly obvious, but this is what I would expect for a light this price. However, I have used this for a few years now in a few different settings. #1. Camping. This has worked great as an extra light for the card table while camping! Easily move it to wherever you need and hang the panel where it will get sun all day. You won’t have any issues. #2. Power outages. I just had to use this for a power outage we had. It was just me and the boys home and they were pumped to see how bright it was. Made the experience less scary for them as we felt more prepared. Hung it from the ceiling fan and we had plenty of light. Didn’t need to get any lanterns out. Also solar of course haha. #3. It’s home is the shed! Does a great job. And I keep it in there all year, even through the northern Utah winters. Maybe it hurts the battery, I don’t know. One this is for sure, it keeps on truckin. I highly recommend this light as it hasn’t done me wrong yet.

Bright and easy to use

I really like this solar-powered light. It was easy to install and gives off plenty of light around my yard. The motion sensor works well, and I like having different lighting modes to choose from. It’s also nice not having to worry about plugging it in since it charges with sunlight. So far, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.
