Ordered these a couple weeks ago and installed them. These lights add eloquence to the privacy fence surrounding my home. They give enough light that I can see along the border of the fence. About one week after install I notice that one of the lights would not illuminate as brightly as they all did when first received. Thinking maybe a new solar battery would be the fix, I went to ACE Hardware and purchased some solar batteries, after changing the battery and turning the light on it would not stay on when I took my finger off the switch, long story short I kept pushing the switch on and off until the light illuminated brightly and stayed on. Turns out that the issue was the switch, maybe it was not engaging completely. At any rate problem solved and I live these lights. ... show more

    • Very good quality with very good lighting for hours all night long
I installed these solar lights on my patio fence and I liked them more than I expected. They're easy to put up; you practically just screw them in and you're done. The quality feels good, and what surprised me is that they really do stay lit for many hours at night. Initially they remained solar charged and adhered to our fence. However, after 1 year they are falling off and are not as bright. Minor observation: I also recommend using our own reinforcement to hold them in place. The tape that comes with the item isn’t worth beans.

Several lights just stopped working. The button on back stopped sliding to reset which was insane as the lights had not moved but the cheap rubber button stopped working. ( if you press on button behind light, it lights...but won't " stick" which is useless as who can hold random fence light buttons along fence?). I bought 2 sets thinking at 1st was greatest thing in our backyard last yr. I brought them inside and turned off and boxed in dry area to preserve. I waited until after spring pollen exposure to re velcro to posts.....I TOOK INSANE WHITE GLOVE EFFORTS TO PROLONG THESE SLIGHTLY USED SOLAR LIGHTS!!!). Alas, they turned out to be 1 trick ponies. I keep trying to find a different seller to replace my growing number of posts that have lost lighting, but 2xs a different seller name refers back to this same review. Just fix the button!!! These are fixed units! I have to order 12 to replace or need to wait until they all die to have a nice backyard. I started using disposable lighting options like battery paper lanterns and oil tiki lights as this important fencing lighting was humiliating when it failed almost every week in a large backyard with no units in shade at any time. I'd love the lights that are actually still working, but mine have only been installed for about 3 or 4 weeks and several of them have already stopped working. I bought two boxes @ $40.00 each and I had hopped they wouldn't turn out to be disposable. I'm guessing the ones that remain will only last one season. I had planned on bringing them in for winter, and taking them back out next spring, but I'm not suret they will even make it that long. ... show more

Great lights. Perfect to give my fence a little “mood” lighting. They were super simple to hang and look awesome. I’ve had lots of compliments from my neighbors. Hopefully they will last a few years before I need to replace them.
