Great little laptop for my Grand daughter even if she complains it lags now she did not have a problem when she got it so I need to take a look at what she has picked up or downloaded on it. Surprise it was lagging because it was failing evidently the drive or the motherboard went poof and problem is it wasn't that long after I got it. This laptop is really nice. We got this because we needed a 2 laptop for my kids to do schoolwork online. It’s super nice lightweight and I really like that the outside of the laptop has texture. We bought this for our daughter for Christmas after quite a bit of research. I was a little reluctant due to the reviews about it dropping Internet connection. I was hopeful we’d get lucky. Unfortunately, we didn’t. We had issues with internet connection dropping every few minutes right out of the box. I spent most of Christmas Day researching solutions. A BIOS and WiFi driver update seemed to resolve the problem, but what a pain! Get it together HP. This is clearly a significant issue if many users are experiencing this. This is my first home laptop which was purchased to engage in Zoom meetings which have become a necessity of recent times. I have been very pleased with the product, it's easy to use functions and portability (which my desktop obviously doesn't have). I have not encountered problems with wifi as reported by some purchasers. The only issue was that I did have to convert to Windows 10 after finding out Windows 10 S Mode does not allow using the Zoom which was the main purpose in buying this laptop. My daughter got this for Christmas, and it’s still going strong. She loves it and we have had NO issues with it at all. She mostly uses it for roblox, school work, youtube, Netflix, etc., and it works perfectly.
