These lights were perfect for camping! I camped in a shady area and kayaked everyday. My morning routine included taking doen and winding up the lights and throwing them on my dashboard for charging along with my old inflatable luci light. Campsite light every night for free without bringing batteries or fuel. Now they both sit on a sunny window sill at home behind a curtain ready for the next electrical outage. I love these string lights and all their lighting modes for a low price! Only improvement would be the ability to disconnect the string from the base for charging. That way, I don’t have to take them down every morning from the screen house to charge on my dashboard. Small clothespins will make that easier for future camping trips though. ... show more
