Works great! I’m 150 lbs and it sturdily handles me doing all manner of calisthenics. I did take care to ensure each bolt was tight and double checked each one after assembly. I think some of the folks who questioned its stability might not have tightened the bolts adequately. The only reasons I’m not giving it a full 5 stars are due to the packaging and directions. 1). The directions were kinda vague and didn’t clearly reference which parts to use for each step - just showed pictures of the parts. Granted, it still wasn’t hard to figure out and assembly was quick. 2) The parts were loosely packed, and the screws / bolts were not packed in a way that made it easy to keep them separated / organized after opening. Also, the entire box arrived with a damaged side and the paint was chipped on several of the longer parts corresponding with where the box was damaged. Nothing serious though; It will be fine with some por-15. I’m still very happy with my purchase. It’s still a great value!

I purchased the station two months ago and literally use it every day. I picked this one because it is very basic. So it is very easy to assemble and the pictures on the instruction are helpful. The small parts are sealed in a plastic box and are intact. The maximum height is good for an apartment. For people shorter than 5’6”, you do not need to bend your knees to do pull-ups. It is very light and can be moved around the room, in front of TV or patio door. So it gets a lot of use. This one does not have the armrests for vertical knee raise which is what I preferred because the width usually is too wide based on reviews from other stations. What I do is buy a pair of slings (< $20) and hang them on the bars. It is very neat because the width could be adjusted. The station is light and does not stand 100% still while you do pull-ups, but I would not call it wobble. Instead, I feel quite secure doing the pull-ups, and the station just resonances with my moves, which I really like. I could see many uses of it in the future. My goal is to lower the daily cost to 10¢.

I love this product. My grandson got it for me for Christmas and it is just what the doctor ordered. I have several fractures in my back, I am 70 years old. I was able to assemble it on my own without help or difficulty. I use it daily to stretch out my back and try and do pull ups and arm extensions. It is pretty sturdy for pull ups. It is not sturdy enough to use "exercise bands" on it B/C it could tip over if you put the band too high on the bar, but the main thing for me is the pull ups. So I am very happy with this product.

I like the tower, its sturdy and works well. The instructions were trash. Hire a decent technical writer. Very vague directions; it was hard to see what washers went where as the images were very small.

This pull-up bar didn’t take long to build. The instructions aren’t abundantly clear, but it isn’t a rocket and simple trial and error with some of the fasteners. There a small mount of lateral movement but it is a very stable when performing traditional “strict” pull-ups or dips. I wouldn’t trust it for CrossFit type exercises. The pull-up bar can be moved up and down, but it is not a quick and easy process as you must completely remove 4 bolts, adjust the height, and then reinstall the bolts. Overall a great low cost home pull-up/dips station. Would recommend!

When I looked, my concern was "is it junk"? Will it be stable enough to safely use? I am semi muscular chubby guy who is around 260-270. Yes, I can do dips and pullups at that weight. Lol. Maybe its time for a salad. I moved into a new house last year and still do not have the home gym set up, so when I saw this sub-100, I took a look and read the reviews. Be nice to be able to bang out some dips and pullups at will. Packing was good, and all fasteners were present. It was pretty heavy, in perfect shape. Took me about 15 minutes to put together by myself. Pretty sturdy and nice. Not bad. Not too heavy, either. We are not talking 1/4 tube steel here. You aren't going to want to do kipping pullups, but if you do pullups or chinups at a controlled clip, this is plenty stable and strong. You can use a resistance band to help dips and pullups on this machine. The lower you adjust the pullup bar, the more stable it is. Dips are very stable. I would NOT recommend for muscleups unless you anchor the device to the floor or use sandbags or such. For what I paid, it is perfect, and I would buy it again, no question.
