Difficult to assemble only reason it got 4 stars, no instruction videos and instructions not easy to understand. Husband was very frustrated. Head and feet move together so you cannot lift the head alone or feet alone. Study, great price, buy an 8in. or thicker mattress or you will feel like your sleeping on just a frame. We got a Sealy Comfort gel mattress. 8in it's comfortable but we could have gone bigger. Definitely worth it to Splurge on a good gel mattress you won't regret it.

I have a flexispot adjustable frame in my room and my elderly mom is coming for a visit so I thought I’d get an adjustable frame for the guest room. This frame was on sale by quite a bit so I got it. It was more difficult to put together and there was no videos to help, only the written instruction but most of all the frame doesn’t move I dependent the head and foot move together and the remote only has up and down option. I’ll replace this frame at a later date but it is sturdy just not what I had thought it was. Softa customer service was very helpful they think my frame was defective and they offered many options to solve the issue. They were very friendly and helpful.

Not happy at all. First of all it is very heavy so you will need someone to help you. The bed is not easy to assemble. It took me almost 2 hours to put it together. It did not come with the Oxford bedspread. It is not even listed in the user manual that comes with the bed so… there’s that. You also have to make sure you don’t tighten anything too much as not to strip the bolts. The very first time I tried to use the bed, the motor assembly broke and when I tried to call the costumer service number on the back of the owner’s manual, I was on put on hold for 20 minutes, then an automated voice said there were no costumer service available and hung up. At the time of this review, I would not recommend buying. We’ll see how I feel when I get the replacement motor that I had to spend extra money to get.
