I was freaking out when I brought my dog home from surgery. She was given a giant cone from the vets. She immediately knocked over my stained glass floor lamp, the side table in the living room and the fern plant in its decorative container. I had to find a suitable replacement. I thought a soft collar would work but this collar has not sturdiness. It is floppy and has no structure. It looks like an Elizabethan collar worn by an opera singer. It’s nice how soft it is but I’m it’s completely flimsy and doesn’t stay straight enough to actually keep your dog from getting to what you don’t want it to it’s totally pointless

The dog can easily take this off or work around it. Not enough hook and loop adhesive area to ensure a good fit. No loops to attach to the dogs collar. Not long enough. Not stiff enough. Not fit for purpose in any way. I should have read the reviews before buying.

This collar was too soft for my active Jack Russell terrier. When he put his mind to it, he could fold it up around his head and still get to the area that he should’ve been prevented from licking or chewing on. We sent it back and got a prompt refund.
