These are perfect size and cushion. I had previously purchased Dr. Jills Gel Ball of Foot Cushions (Self-Sticking and Re-Usable) and felt they did not cover enough area on my 7.5M foot. I'm attaching a photo for size comparison. Except for the fact that, there is no adhesive on the bottom of the insoles. Most people, especially persons who wear high heels, know that if there is nothing to make these insole pads stick, they generally wind up anywhere but where you placed them, and often rolled under. Placed sideways for better width, must be glued to inside of shoe or they will move. I used pliobond/Gorrila contact adhesive, placed just back of where my toes are located. Most certainly reduces "foot-burn" generated by friction. Much cooler ball of foot.
