I have thin ankles and calves and the bend in the top of the foot on the boot takes some muscling to pop your foot in iykyk. Once on its true to size and is very comfortable. I'm hoping as the leather gets worn it will loosen up pulling it over the foot. Had to have help getting it off too the first time. I’ve been looking for a black pair of cowboy boots that weren’t too over the top, but weren’t plain black. These are so cute and I find them to be pretty comfortable. I wear a size 8 and that’s what I ordered. They fit perfectly. Since they’re so pointed, you might could size down, but my big toe is longer than the second, so I kept to my normal size. (If yours is as well, you understand why I’m including that) I got them on easy. I didn’t have an issue with my foot feeling stuck, although I did have to sit down to take them off and pull pretty hard. I love them and am super excited to have them!
