This was my first time ever buying a mattress in a box. In fact, I was expecting a giant mattress sized box similar to what TVs come in. I was surprised when it showed up and the mattress was rolled up in a smaller box. I had read other reviews about this mattress and those ratings and reviews led me to buy this. They all mentioned to be careful when slow when opening it as it might pop out. I heeded that advice and am glad I did. Please be careful and slow to avoid it unrolling and popping out. Once it was unrolled, directions were super easy to follow. Just it breathe for 8-72 hours (the longer the better) and you can sleep. This mattress is incredibly comfortable and supportive. It's not too soft or firm. I don't feel like I'm sinking and sleeping on quicksand on it but also doesn't feel like I'm sleeping on the pavement. This mattress is the perfect balance and I cannot believe I got it on Amazon for such a low price. I definitely will be getting another when the time comes for a new one!

I got this mattress because I was shocked at the in store prices for a hybrid mattress. Online was better but figured at this price I could try it and see how it goes for a few years. It arrived like all the other mattresses in a box, put it in the bedroom, unrolled the wrap, then cut the bag. They never tell you how much vacuum there is, but it almost sucked my hand in opening up so it is dramatic. Springs were immediately ready. After 10 minutes, the foam started to appear and was mostly there after 3-4hrs. Left it for 48hrs and it was at 12" as expected with 3In of memory foam. Overall the feel is very comfortable and medium firmness. If you find an equivalent hybrid (3" foam, 9" coil) in the stores it will feel like that one but much cheaper price. There was a little smell for a few hours after opening it, but turned the fan on and left it now no problems. I doubt there is much difference in the brands at this price so I would recommend this one or similar if one is 50 bucks cheaper.

For the quality, price, and convenience of having it delivered to your home, there is no better deal. The mattress is very comfortable with a nice firmness to it. Much better than my old $900 mattress I replaced. The only constructive criticism I have, is that the corners collapse when you sit on the edge of them. To be fair, I spoke with a friend of mine that works at a mattress store and he told they are constructed that way in order to be able to compress them for shipping. In order to get a hybrid mattress where the corners don't collapse, you have to spend 3 or 4 times the amount of money that this one costs. Delivery was super fast too. For me, 100% worth it and will definitely but again from Sofree.

I’ve used a Member’s Mark reversible mattress since 2003. This and the default college mattress are all I’ve ever slept a considerable amount of time on. Now that I’m in college I needed a new mattress for my apartment. This mattress feels just like home. Not so plush that you sink straight into it, not so firm that my back hurts. Fits a queen size bed frame perfect. Just be careful when opening the box - I accidentally slit the top layer of the mattress but it isn’t anything I can feel when sleeping. I’d get this mattress a second time round if it came down to it. And, if you’re wondering - not a sound comes from this mattress if you’re messing around.

I like the mattress. It is so comfortable. I fall asleep easily, sleep throughout the night, and wake up feeling refreshed. The mattress does sink when sitting/laying on the sides of it.. so that sucks but it hasn’t affected me as much… yet. The mattress was easy to set up. I let it sit for 30 hours before sleeping on it. From when I took it out of the bag to letting it sit for 30 hours, nothing seemed to change. All those indents in the mattress shown in the pictures stayed the same. The mattress is also only 10 inches instead of what I ordered (12 inches). I am upset over those two features, especially the sinking of the sides. But at least it’s comfortable!
