I bought these 0.5L Sodastream carbonating bottles to go with our Sodastream Sparkling Water Maker. They work great for that. The only thing I do not like about them is it is hard to get the water out of them after washing. The inside of the bottle takes quite a while to air dry, plus water gets in the bottom portion of the bottle through 2 drilled holes and is quite difficult to get out. See photo. A few notes: * These bottles are hand wash only (not dishwasher safe). * These bottles have expiration dates (I believe due to the pressurized nature of the beverages). * I do not recommend taking these bottles filled with fizzy water to drink when driving. When opened, the beverage is likely to overflow and go all over the place! (I learned the hard way.) * Per the packaging, these bottles are made in Israel: “This product is produced by Jews and Arabs working side-by-side in peace and harmony.” Interesting! I have never seen a statement like that before on any product I have purchased. Again, see photo. ... show more

They're good quality, but when I got them in the mail, I immediately threw them in the dishwasher because I thought they were the same as the one that came with my sodastream. Not the case. These are NOT dishwasher safe, just FYI - they warp pretty badly and I can't get the caps on anymore on one of them, but they're both out of round. My own fault for assuming they were (again, like the OEM one is) so I'm not removing stars for that, just wanted other people to pay more attention than I did. ... show more

Best set so far. Love having small one that fits in neoprene coozy. Not too heavy. Sometimes drinking out of the 1 liter is too heavy--I fill that one and keep chilled 24/7. Love the caps on these Soda Stream bottles. They hold the fizz in better than any other reusable drink bottle. You name the (fancy) brands and these are MUCH better for carbonation lasting longer! I got these bottles on here because the soda stream website has to pay shipping and the bottles are 10 dollars more. These came in original packaging. They are 1l and white like I wanted. These aren't dishwasher safe like my original one. But I find hand washing these to be more efficient. The caps do mold after awhile but Amazon sells new caps cheaper then SS. This product are not the newer slim bottles that are dishwasher safe. Slim was written in the title description and appeared to be the same as what is sold directly from Soda Stream that are dishwasher safe. I took a chance ordering; however, these are the older bottles that are not dishwasher safe.

I like these bottles better than others we've purchased in the past to go with our Soda Stream! They are thin & seem to seal very well. They seem to show bubbles better too for some reason.

I think I knew that these were not dishwasher safe when I bought them, but it's a bummer because I use them so much. Warning: watch out for the cap o-ring, it can get loose & is easily lost.

First, of course: It’s a bottle - waddaya want? I find the shape attractive, and it fits the hand gracefully. It narrows at the bottom which automatically makes it unstable.
