We ordered this snowblower because the price was right even though hopefully it will be several months before we use it. The machine was delivered early and was very well packed to protect it. It wasn't too hard to assemble - it took a bit to align the screw holes but the instructions were helpful. The body and blade are made from heavy plastic so I am cautiously optimistic that it will hold up in the cold weather. I plan on storing it in the garage to keep the material from getting too brittle. We have a single car width driveway so this should easily handle it. I can recommend this machine from the look and assembly but can't verify how it handles snow since all we did was start it up to be sure it worked. ... show more

With a 100ft cord(or 2) and fresh snow, it does the job, but wrangling the cord can get annoying

The Snow Joe SJ624E/SJ625E Electric Snow Thrower Scraper Bar broke. It is out of stock everywhere. The handle on the chute broke. I don't know if you can fix it, but I'm not seeing a part for it. Paying to have my drive way done once is 50 bucks. So if you use it more then 3 times, you'll save money, but it will break. It is light and easy to move. ... show more

A good shirt distance and small job, 10” or less, snow remover. The motor blew out after 5 seasons and roughly 5 times use per season. I really can’t recommend it to anyone with a long driveway. This is good for a small front walkway outside your house and it’s useless in a significant snow storm.
